TG-ZX01托輥?zhàn)詣踊a(chǎn)線的研究
[Abstract]:At present, there are a lot of processing equipments of roller in the market, but most of them are single machines operated by hand. This kind of traditional manual operation is heavy, slow and error-prone, so it can not adapt to the rapidly changing market now. The domestic roller production line is basically semi-automatic, that is, the processing equipment is placed in accordance with the technological process, and then manually operated machine tools, loading and unloading by crane or manual completion. Overseas roller production technology is developing rapidly, and the automation of production line is very high, but the price of imported roller production line is very expensive, and the maintenance and maintenance of the later stage is very difficult. Only a very small number of domestic enterprises have introduced overseas roller production lines. Therefore, it is of great significance to develop the automatic production line of roller for our country. TG-ZX01 automatic production line of roller processing and assembly is the first automatic production line of roller processing and assembly developed independently in China, and the whole line realizes the automation of processing and assembly. Workpiece transportation automation and adjustment automation is a flexible automatic line of processing and production with high-tech content. This paper studies the automatic production line of TG-ZX01 roller processing and assembly mainly from the following aspects: (1) the present situation and development trend of domestic and foreign roller production equipment are analyzed and compared. (2) the structure and classification of steel roller are introduced. Application and assembly requirements. (3) combined with the current production and processing technology of steel rollers, a new process of roller is summarized, and the overall production line scheme is designed according to the technological process, and the layout of production line is determined. The balance design of the production line is also carried out. Through balanced design, it can promote the staffing of the whole production system, logistics transportation, information transmission more smooth, reduce the cost of personnel, logistics, improve the overall production line space and time utilization, It improves the production efficiency of the whole production process, helps the enterprise to reduce the cost, and improves the overall production efficiency. (4) the new technology and new technology used in the production line are studied and analyzed, and the precision of the rollers produced in the production line is analyzed. On the basis of analyzing the structure of each part of the roller, this paper summarizes the requirements of the parts processing and the whole assembly of the roller, and puts forward the process improvement and design analysis for each working procedure. Based on the research results of the current processing roller equipment, the original roller card ring pressing technology, bearing non-stop pressing technology, precision comprehensive testing technology and so on are applied to the production line. Finally, a fully automatic production line of roller machining and assembly is developed. The project is one of the key projects in the country. It has obtained the first set of certification of the country, and has been delivered to the users for use. All the indicators of the rollers produced in the production line meet the requirements of the national standard GB1059-89 and meet the requirements of the users. It brings huge economic and social benefits to users.
