DCT雙離合變速箱車間布局設(shè)計(jì)與仿真優(yōu)化

【摘要】:伴隨著改革開(kāi)放的深入和市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展,國(guó)內(nèi)汽車制造業(yè)迎來(lái)前所未有的競(jìng)爭(zhēng),同時(shí)汽車零配件制造業(yè)也面臨了國(guó)外汽車零配件制造行業(yè)的巨大挑戰(zhàn)。國(guó)內(nèi)汽車零配件制造企業(yè)欲在激烈的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中占得先機(jī),需引進(jìn)先進(jìn)制造系統(tǒng),實(shí)行生產(chǎn)模式轉(zhuǎn)型,企業(yè)加快由粗放式向精益化模式的轉(zhuǎn)型,,而生產(chǎn)布局設(shè)計(jì)是企業(yè)實(shí)現(xiàn)生產(chǎn)改革轉(zhuǎn)型的前提,適應(yīng)先進(jìn)制造模式的生產(chǎn)布局可以確保企業(yè)合理有效地分配制造資源,增強(qiáng)企業(yè)應(yīng)對(duì)市場(chǎng)需求多樣化、響應(yīng)靈敏化的能力,使企業(yè)在有限的空間內(nèi)充分地發(fā)揮現(xiàn)代制造系統(tǒng)的制造潛力和綜合管理潛力;另一方面能夠使企業(yè)有效地控制生產(chǎn)成本、降低庫(kù)存、提高生產(chǎn)效率和優(yōu)化企業(yè)生產(chǎn)環(huán)境等。 論文從汽車變速箱制造企業(yè)的角度,在了解公司需求和制造工藝前提下研究和探討了變速箱工廠生產(chǎn)車間布局設(shè)計(jì)。文章首先闡述了車間布局設(shè)計(jì)和仿真的研究概況,并依次介紹了制造企業(yè)車間布局的概念、設(shè)施布局的形式原則、影響因素和車間布局的理論方法,注重地介紹了兩種布局理論方法:系統(tǒng)布置設(shè)計(jì)(SLP)和遺傳智能算法。進(jìn)而結(jié)合前期調(diào)研準(zhǔn)備工作時(shí)期搜集到的數(shù)據(jù)信息,運(yùn)用SLP理論對(duì)車間布局中的作業(yè)單位進(jìn)行了物流關(guān)系分析和非物流關(guān)系分析,充分考慮到變速箱的制造工藝特點(diǎn)和企業(yè)未來(lái)戰(zhàn)略規(guī)劃,通過(guò)賦權(quán)值分析作業(yè)單位之間的綜合相關(guān)位置關(guān)系,并繪出了作業(yè)單位對(duì)綜合位置相關(guān)圖。在SLP定性分析的基礎(chǔ)上,建立以控制車間物流成本為目標(biāo)函數(shù)的數(shù)學(xué)布局模型。使用獨(dú)特的多行車間布局編碼方案和部分匹配交叉的遺傳算法策略,在MATLAB軟件開(kāi)發(fā)平臺(tái)編程遺傳算法求解車間布局的數(shù)學(xué)模型,根據(jù)運(yùn)行結(jié)果繪制車間布局方案圖。最后,論文在求解出車間布局的基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行了補(bǔ)充研究,分析出了車間布局中關(guān)鍵作業(yè)單位,并借助EM-PLANT系統(tǒng)化仿真工具建立了針對(duì)關(guān)鍵作業(yè)區(qū)域的仿真模型,通過(guò)軟件中瓶頸分析模塊識(shí)別出工廠的瓶頸工序,提出了相應(yīng)的瓶頸改善方案,在EM-PLANT仿真平臺(tái)上進(jìn)行了效果驗(yàn)證,為企業(yè)后續(xù)的車間布局和生產(chǎn)運(yùn)行中的持續(xù)改善提供了理論參考。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of reform and opening up and the development of market economy, the domestic automobile manufacturing industry is facing unprecedented competition. At the same time, the automobile parts manufacturing industry is also facing a great challenge from the foreign auto parts manufacturing industry. If domestic auto parts manufacturing enterprises want to take the lead in the fierce market competition, they need to introduce advanced manufacturing systems, implement the transformation of production mode, and accelerate the transition from extensive to lean mode. The production layout design is the premise for the enterprise to realize the transformation of production reform. Adapting to the production layout of the advanced manufacturing model can ensure the rational and effective distribution of manufacturing resources, enhance the ability of the enterprise to respond to the diversification of market demand and the sensitivity of the enterprise. On the other hand, it can effectively control the production cost, reduce the inventory, improve the production efficiency and optimize the production environment. From the point of view of automobile gearbox manufacturing enterprise, this paper studies and discusses the layout design of gearbox factory production workshop on the premise of understanding the company's demand and manufacturing technology. This paper first introduces the general situation of workshop layout design and simulation, and then introduces the concept of workshop layout, the formal principle of facility layout, the influencing factors and the theoretical method of workshop layout. This paper introduces two methods of layout theory: system layout design (SLP) and genetic intelligent algorithm. Then combined with the data collected during the preliminary investigation and preparation period, using the SLP theory, the logistics relationship analysis and non-logistics relationship analysis of the workshop layout are carried out. Considering the manufacturing process characteristics of the gearbox and the future strategic planning of the enterprise, the integrated correlation position relationship between the operation units is analyzed through the weight value, and the integrated position correlation diagram of the operation unit is drawn. Based on the qualitative analysis of SLP, a mathematical layout model with the objective function of controlling workshop logistics cost is established. Using the unique multi-line shop layout coding scheme and the partial matching crossover genetic algorithm strategy, the genetic algorithm is programmed to solve the mathematical model of the workshop layout in MATLAB software development platform, and the shop layout scheme diagram is drawn according to the running results. Finally, on the basis of solving the layout of the workshop, the thesis carries on the supplementary research, analyzes the key job units in the layout of the workshop, and establishes the simulation model for the key job area with the help of the systematic simulation tool of EM-PLANT. The bottleneck process of the factory is identified by the bottleneck analysis module in the software, and the corresponding bottleneck improvement scheme is put forward, and the effect is verified on the EM-PLANT simulation platform. It provides a theoretical reference for the continuous improvement of workshop layout and production operation.
