【摘要】：以疫苗、生物制品、血液制品等為代表的冷藏藥品的冷鏈物流在運輸過程中經(jīng)常發(fā)生“斷鏈”現(xiàn)象。一旦溫度得不到持續(xù)穩(wěn)定的保障,生物體就會發(fā)生變異壞死,影響藥品安全質(zhì)量,浪費運輸成本。尤其C公司從國外進口冷藏藥品時,冷鏈物流運輸覆蓋生產(chǎn)企業(yè)到集裝箱堆場、堆場到集裝箱貨輪、卸貨后運至進口國海關(guān)指定倉庫、再從海關(guān)監(jiān)管倉庫運到經(jīng)營企業(yè)倉庫、最終儲存到醫(yī)院和藥店的冷藏箱、作用于患者體內(nèi)。過程長、涉及環(huán)節(jié)多、溫度控制精度要求高、質(zhì)量控制難。 本文以C公司冷藏藥品進口的物流流程為研究對象,具體分析流程的各個環(huán)節(jié)中技術(shù)設(shè)備因素、操作流程標準因素、戰(zhàn)略合作伙伴因素、運輸配送因素等對藥品安全質(zhì)量和成本控制的風險。然后,對風險進行了分類,通過更新技術(shù)設(shè)備、建立SOP規(guī)范、加強戰(zhàn)略合作伙伴關(guān)系、優(yōu)化運輸配送使冷藏藥品在保證安全質(zhì)量的前提下,控制運輸成本。
[Abstract]:Cold chain logistics of refrigerated drugs, such as vaccines, biological products and blood products, often occur in the process of transportation. Once the temperature can not be guaranteed continuously and steadily, the organism will mutate and necrosis, which will affect the quality of drug safety and waste the transportation cost. In particular, when company C imports refrigerated drugs from abroad, the cold chain logistics transportation covers the production enterprises to the container yard, the yard to the container ship, after unloading the cargo to the designated warehouse of the importing country customs, and then from the customs controlled warehouse to the operating enterprise warehouse. Refrigerators that are eventually stored in hospitals and pharmacies act on the patient's body. The process is long, involves many links, the temperature control precision request is high, the quality control is difficult. This paper takes the logistics process of C company refrigerated medicine import as the research object, analyzes the technical equipment factor, the operating process standard factor, the strategic partner factor in each link of the process. The risk of transportation and distribution factors on drug safety quality and cost control. Then, the risk is classified, through updating the technical equipment, establishing the SOP standard, strengthening the strategic partnership, optimizing the transportation distribution, controlling the transportation cost under the premise of ensuring the safety and quality of the refrigerated medicine.
