低溫等離子體設(shè)備C-L PLM系統(tǒng)的研究與開發(fā)

【摘要】:隨著科技的進(jìn)步,產(chǎn)品的種類和數(shù)量與日俱增。為了獲取競爭優(yōu)勢,企業(yè)不得不關(guān)注產(chǎn)品的創(chuàng)新和服務(wù)質(zhì)量。但是,傳統(tǒng)的產(chǎn)品全生命周期管理局限于產(chǎn)品設(shè)計和生產(chǎn)階段的資源管理,缺乏產(chǎn)品物流、使用和維護(hù)階段的數(shù)據(jù)支持,更沒有形成產(chǎn)品報廢后循環(huán)利用處理機(jī)制。這對提升產(chǎn)品服務(wù)質(zhì)量影響較大 本文主要貢獻(xiàn):引入閉環(huán)產(chǎn)品生命周期管理(Closed-Loop Product Lifecycle Management,簡稱為C-LPLM)的理念,設(shè)計了低溫等離子體設(shè)備C-L PLM系統(tǒng),開發(fā)了系統(tǒng)中間件和部分功能組件。完成了設(shè)備動態(tài)數(shù)據(jù)自動獲取裝置(簡稱為PEID,是Product Embedded Infomation Device的縮寫)的設(shè)計與開發(fā),建立了一種XML形式的數(shù)據(jù)表達(dá)格式。提出了一種基于優(yōu)先級的數(shù)據(jù)處理策略。 論文的主要工作內(nèi)容如下: 1、設(shè)備數(shù)據(jù)資源分析、獲取與表達(dá):首先,全面分析了產(chǎn)品各個業(yè)務(wù)階段的數(shù)據(jù)資源及其存在形式,建立了各個業(yè)務(wù)階段間信息流動的模型。然后,分析了產(chǎn)品數(shù)據(jù)的產(chǎn)生源頭,為每類數(shù)據(jù)源建立數(shù)據(jù)獲取框架,開發(fā)了一款可擴(kuò)展PEID裝置,完成產(chǎn)品動態(tài)數(shù)據(jù)的獲取。最后,建立設(shè)備數(shù)據(jù)交換格式。 2、等離子體設(shè)備C-L PLM系統(tǒng)設(shè)計:首先,基于UML用例圖對系統(tǒng)功能需求進(jìn)行分析。其次,進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)功能模塊化設(shè)計,確定系統(tǒng)用戶及其權(quán)限。然后,設(shè)計整個系統(tǒng)的架構(gòu),簡要闡述系統(tǒng)的一種實現(xiàn)技術(shù)體系。接著,設(shè)計系統(tǒng)應(yīng)用層信息交換接口組件(中間件),定義了基于優(yōu)先級的數(shù)據(jù)處理策略,以保證設(shè)備重要數(shù)據(jù)和實時性要求高的數(shù)據(jù)能夠及時處理。再然后,進(jìn)行整個系統(tǒng)業(yè)務(wù)層邏輯設(shè)計,主要通過UML類圖展示,設(shè)計并開發(fā)了整個系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)庫模型。最后,人機(jī)接口界面設(shè)計與開發(fā)。 3、功能組件的開發(fā)與系統(tǒng)可行性驗證:首先,確定測試系統(tǒng)搭建方案。然后,開發(fā)了中間件并進(jìn)行功能測試。最后,文檔管理功能和設(shè)備遠(yuǎn)程升級功能的開發(fā)與測試。 上述工作,對中小型企業(yè)建立完善的產(chǎn)品全生命周期管理系統(tǒng),具有一定的參考價值。
[Abstract]:With the development of science and technology, the variety and quantity of products are increasing day by day. In order to gain competitive advantage, enterprises have to pay attention to product innovation and service quality. However, the traditional product lifecycle management is limited to the resource management of product design and production stage, and lacks the data support of product logistics, use and maintenance stage. The main contribution of this paper is to improve the quality of product service. The concept of closed-loop product lifecycle management (Closed-Loop Product Lifecycle Management,) is introduced, and the low temperature plasma equipment C-L PLM system is designed. System middleware and some functional components are developed. In this paper, the design and development of the device dynamic data automatic acquisition device (Peid, abbreviated as Product Embedded Infomation Device) is completed, and a data representation format in the form of XML is established. A priority-based data processing strategy is proposed. The main work of this paper is as follows: 1. Equipment data resource analysis, acquisition and expression: first, the data resources and their existing forms are analyzed. A model of information flow between different business stages is established. Then, the origin of product data is analyzed, a data acquisition framework is established for each kind of data source, and an extensible PEID device is developed to complete the acquisition of product dynamic data. Finally, the data exchange format is established. 2. The design of C-L PLM system for plasma equipment. Firstly, the functional requirements of the system are analyzed based on the UML use case diagram. Secondly, the system function modularization design is carried out to determine the system users and their permissions. Then, the architecture of the whole system is designed, and a realization technology system of the system is briefly described. Then, the application layer information exchange interface component (middleware) is designed, and the priority-based data processing strategy is defined to ensure that the important data of the equipment and the data with high real-time requirements can be processed in time. Then, the logic design of the whole system business layer is carried out, and the database model of the whole system is designed and developed by UML class diagram. Finally, the man-machine interface design and development. 3, the development of functional components and the feasibility of the system. Then, the middleware is developed and the function is tested. Finally, the development and test of document management function and remote upgrade function of equipment. The above work has a certain reference value for small and medium enterprises to establish a perfect product life-cycle management system.
