【摘要】：發(fā)展農(nóng)業(yè)眾籌有利于解決農(nóng)業(yè)籌資難問題,吸引農(nóng)村人口返鄉(xiāng)務(wù)農(nóng);實現(xiàn)產(chǎn)前定銷,防止價格操縱;縮短農(nóng)產(chǎn)品流通鏈條,提供綠色安全食品;提升資源整合能力,推廣農(nóng)產(chǎn)品品牌。農(nóng)業(yè)眾籌風(fēng)險包括自然環(huán)境風(fēng)險、運營風(fēng)險、法律風(fēng)險、信息不對稱風(fēng)險。應(yīng)對農(nóng)業(yè)眾籌風(fēng)險應(yīng)聘請農(nóng)業(yè)技術(shù)人員或投保農(nóng)業(yè)保險;興建農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)園,依托第三方物流降低運營風(fēng)險;建立農(nóng)業(yè)眾籌相關(guān)法律體系,設(shè)立項目評級機制;設(shè)立第三方資金托管制度;應(yīng)用區(qū)塊鏈技術(shù)保證食品的安全性。
[Abstract]:The development of agricultural crowdfunding is conducive to solving the problem of difficult agricultural financing, attracting rural people to return to their hometowns to work in agriculture; achieving prenatal marketing to prevent price manipulation; shortening the chain of circulation of agricultural products and providing safe green food; and enhancing the ability to integrate resources. Promote the brand of agricultural products. Agricultural crowdfunding risk includes natural environment risk, operation risk, legal risk, information asymmetry risk. To deal with the risk of agricultural crowdfunding, we should hire agricultural technicians or insure agricultural insurance; build an agricultural industrial park to reduce operational risks by relying on third party logistics; establish a relevant legal system for agricultural crowdfunding and establish a project rating mechanism; Establish third-party fund custody system and apply block chain technology to ensure food safety.
