【摘要】：隨著煙草行業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)體制的改革和國際化進(jìn)程的推進(jìn),國內(nèi)許多小的煙草公司已經(jīng)無法適應(yīng)發(fā)展要求,面臨著被淘汰的巨大風(fēng)險(xiǎn)。在這種形勢下,物流體系不健全、物流信息平臺(tái)不完善、配送裝備水平低等問題也相繼涌現(xiàn),制約著濰坊市煙草行業(yè)的發(fā)展。為了提高其競爭力,加強(qiáng)信息化建設(shè)已然迫在眉睫。濰坊市煙草公司需要利用現(xiàn)代化的計(jì)算機(jī)信息技術(shù)來設(shè)計(jì)一個(gè)完善的卷煙倉儲(chǔ)配送管理系統(tǒng),提高其市場競爭力,適應(yīng)社會(huì)主義現(xiàn)代化建設(shè)的要求。本文首先分析了目前煙卷業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及對國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了闡述,然后對濰坊市煙草公司卷煙倉儲(chǔ)配送管理系統(tǒng)需要重點(diǎn)解決的問題進(jìn)行分析,再結(jié)合現(xiàn)有的系統(tǒng)來建立業(yè)務(wù)模型,確定采用B/S模式來建立體系架構(gòu),并結(jié)合了多層框架的邏輯結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì),運(yùn)用MVC設(shè)計(jì)模式下的struts框架來實(shí)現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)。另外,系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)庫采用的是現(xiàn)在比較普及的SQL SERVER 2012。系統(tǒng)劃分為庫存管理業(yè)務(wù)、計(jì)劃管理業(yè)務(wù)、倉儲(chǔ)管理業(yè)務(wù)、配送管理業(yè)務(wù)四大模塊的業(yè)務(wù)。其中庫存管理模塊實(shí)現(xiàn)了管理庫存、調(diào)撥損溢、結(jié)賬管理。計(jì)劃管理模塊實(shí)現(xiàn)了：基礎(chǔ)信息管理、年度需求預(yù)測、半年需求預(yù)測、月度需求預(yù)測、需求申報(bào)、目標(biāo)管理。倉儲(chǔ)管理模塊實(shí)現(xiàn)了：入庫管理、在庫管理、出庫管理、結(jié)賬管理、接口管理。配送管理模塊實(shí)現(xiàn)了：基礎(chǔ)信息維護(hù)和基礎(chǔ)配送管理業(yè)務(wù)。通過濰坊市煙草公司卷煙倉儲(chǔ)配送管理系統(tǒng)能夠真正解決濰坊市煙草管理的缺陷,幫助其實(shí)現(xiàn)信息化的倉儲(chǔ)配送,實(shí)現(xiàn)更高效的市場管理,在激烈的市場競爭中占據(jù)一席之地。
[Abstract]:With the reform of the tobacco industry's economic system and the advancement of the internationalization process, many small domestic tobacco companies have been unable to adapt to the requirements of development and are facing a huge risk of being eliminated. In this situation, the logistics system is not perfect, the logistics information platform is not perfect, the low level of distribution equipment and other problems have emerged, which restricts the development of Weifang tobacco industry. In order to improve its competitiveness, strengthening the construction of information technology is imminent. Weifang Tobacco Company needs to use modern computer information technology to design a perfect cigarette warehousing and distribution management system to improve its market competitiveness and adapt to the requirements of socialist modernization. This paper first analyzes the current situation of tobacco industry development and domestic and foreign research status, then Weifang tobacco company cigarette warehousing distribution management system needs to focus on the problems to be resolved. Then the business model is established with the existing system, and the B / S pattern is adopted to build the architecture. The logical structure design of the multi-tier framework is combined, and the struts framework under the MVC design pattern is used to realize the design of the system. In addition, the system database is now more popular SQL server 2012. 2. The system is divided into four modules: inventory management, planning management, warehousing management and distribution management. The inventory management module realizes the management of inventory, allocation loss, and checkout management. The planning management module realizes: basic information management, annual demand forecast, semi-annual demand forecast, monthly demand forecast, demand declaration, target management. Warehouse management module: storage management, warehouse management, checkout management, interface management. Distribution management module: basic information maintenance and basic distribution management business. The tobacco warehousing and distribution management system of Weifang tobacco company can really solve the defects of tobacco management in Weifang, help it to realize the information warehousing and distribution, realize more efficient market management, and occupy a place in the fierce market competition.
