基于AOS平臺(tái)的購(gòu)銷存管理系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:在企業(yè)ERP系統(tǒng)流程中,采購(gòu)、銷售、和庫(kù)存涉及到企業(yè)大部分物流、資金流和信息流。所以,對(duì)企業(yè)管理者來(lái)說(shuō),掌握購(gòu)銷存過(guò)程中的信息非常重要。本設(shè)計(jì)購(gòu)銷存管理系統(tǒng)作為企業(yè)管理軟件的一個(gè)子系統(tǒng),其主要功能是處理中小型企業(yè)日常業(yè)務(wù)中與購(gòu)銷存相關(guān)的工作,同時(shí)購(gòu)銷存管理系統(tǒng)可以和企業(yè)管理系統(tǒng)中的其它子系統(tǒng)一起使用,作為企業(yè)的信息化管理手段。本設(shè)計(jì)主要實(shí)現(xiàn)企業(yè)內(nèi)部對(duì)業(yè)務(wù)領(lǐng)域以購(gòu)銷存為核心,簡(jiǎn)化合并業(yè)務(wù)處理環(huán)節(jié),通過(guò)個(gè)性化設(shè)計(jì)與業(yè)務(wù)定義,為中小型企業(yè)用戶提供易用、好用、夠用的管理工具和工作平臺(tái)。針對(duì)中小型企業(yè)管理者對(duì)企業(yè)實(shí)施購(gòu)銷存過(guò)程的具體需求,建立了一個(gè)基于AOS平臺(tái)的購(gòu)銷存管理系統(tǒng),主要完成購(gòu)銷存過(guò)程當(dāng)中的進(jìn)貨、銷貨、退貨、換貨、庫(kù)存和資金往來(lái)等業(yè)務(wù)功能,并生成各種業(yè)務(wù)賬表方便企業(yè)管理者和財(cái)務(wù)人員對(duì)購(gòu)銷存業(yè)務(wù)過(guò)程進(jìn)行操作。本文提出了一種運(yùn)用IK Analyzer分詞器進(jìn)行全文索引,從而優(yōu)化賬表查詢效率的方法,大大降低各單據(jù)操作響應(yīng)時(shí)間。本論文主要介紹了系統(tǒng)的分析、設(shè)計(jì)和開(kāi)發(fā)的全部過(guò)程。文章首先描述了該系統(tǒng)的開(kāi)發(fā)背景和當(dāng)前國(guó)內(nèi)外現(xiàn)狀,主要論述了該系統(tǒng)的關(guān)鍵技術(shù),從而對(duì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行需求分析,并運(yùn)用業(yè)務(wù)流程圖、E-R圖、用例圖、系統(tǒng)功能節(jié)構(gòu)圖、系統(tǒng)邏輯結(jié)構(gòu)圖對(duì)系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程進(jìn)行概要和詳細(xì)設(shè)計(jì),最終實(shí)現(xiàn)系統(tǒng),對(duì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行測(cè)試,達(dá)到了預(yù)期的結(jié)果,最后對(duì)結(jié)果進(jìn)行總結(jié)工作。本系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)和開(kāi)發(fā)了基于B/S模式的購(gòu)銷存管理系統(tǒng),并運(yùn)用AOS獨(dú)立技術(shù)平臺(tái),先后確定了客戶端采用的開(kāi)發(fā)語(yǔ)言java和服務(wù)端使用的SQL Server數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)建立統(tǒng)一的數(shù)據(jù)中心,通過(guò)平臺(tái)完成前端form和后臺(tái)數(shù)據(jù)的交互,當(dāng)用備注或摘要關(guān)鍵字段搜索賬表時(shí),引入IK Analyzer分詞器對(duì)內(nèi)容進(jìn)行全文索引來(lái)提高查詢效率。本設(shè)計(jì)的購(gòu)銷存管理系統(tǒng)已通過(guò)功能和性能測(cè)試,滿足了中小型企業(yè)的實(shí)際業(yè)務(wù)需求,提高了企業(yè)與外部、內(nèi)部和各分店之間的溝通效率,降低了采購(gòu)成本,根據(jù)統(tǒng)計(jì)與分析結(jié)果,做出快速、合理的經(jīng)營(yíng)決策,增強(qiáng)了整體的應(yīng)變能力,通過(guò)信息系統(tǒng)的支撐更好的促進(jìn)了業(yè)務(wù)的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:In the ERP system, purchasing, sales, and inventory involve most of the logistics, capital flow and information flow of the enterprise. Therefore, for enterprise managers, it is very important to master the information in the process of purchasing, selling and storing. As a subsystem of enterprise management software, the main function of this system is to deal with the work related to purchase, sale and storage in the daily business of small and medium-sized enterprises. At the same time, the purchasing, selling and inventory management system can be used with other subsystems in the enterprise management system as the information management means of the enterprise. This design mainly realizes the core of purchasing, selling and storing in the business field of the enterprise, simplifies the process of merging business, and provides the management tools and working platform for the users of small and medium-sized enterprises through individualized design and business definition, which are easy to use, easy to use and sufficient. In view of the specific needs of the managers of small and medium-sized enterprises to implement the process of purchasing, selling and storing, a purchasing, marketing and inventory management system based on AOS platform is established, which mainly completes the purchase, sale, return and exchange of goods in the process of purchasing, selling, returning and exchanging goods. Business functions such as inventory and fund transactions, and generate various business accounts to facilitate business managers and financial personnel to purchase and store business processes. In this paper, an IK Analyzer participle is used to carry out full-text indexing, so as to optimize the efficiency of account table query, and greatly reduce the response time of each document operation. This paper mainly introduces the whole process of system analysis, design and development. This paper first describes the development background of the system and the current situation at home and abroad, mainly discusses the key technology of the system, so as to analyze the requirements of the system, and use the business flow chart E-R diagram, use case diagram, system function section composition. The design process of the system is summarized and designed in detail by the logic structure diagram of the system. Finally, the system is implemented, the system is tested, and the expected results are achieved. Finally, the results are summarized. This system has designed and developed the purchasing and selling inventory management system based on the B / S mode, and has established the unified data center by using the independent technology platform of java and the SQL Server database, which is used by the client and the server, respectively. The platform completes the interaction between front-end form and background data. When the key fields of notes or abstracts are used to search the accounting table, IK Analyzer participle is introduced to index the content in full text to improve the query efficiency. The system has passed the function and performance tests to meet the actual business needs of small and medium-sized enterprises, improve the efficiency of communication between the enterprise and the external, internal and branch stores, and reduce the purchasing cost. According to the results of statistics and analysis, make rapid and reasonable business decisions, enhance the overall ability to respond, through the support of information systems to better promote the development of business.
