【摘要】：現(xiàn)階段,人們生活水平有了質的飛躍和提升,人們對生活質量的要求越來越高,帶動了裝修行業(yè)的發(fā)展。最近幾年裝修市場的發(fā)展力度也實現(xiàn)了前所未有的提升,而裝修質量問題也逐漸受到社會的關注。因此,為了從根本上提升工程質量,必須要優(yōu)化施工流程。為了切實將這一目的落實到位,企業(yè)需要針對不同客戶的不同需求來進行相關流程的制定,并且用科學完善的物流管理方式來更好的實現(xiàn)程序的優(yōu)化,從而能夠為客戶提供最為優(yōu)質的服務。本論文以橫冠裝飾公司裝飾裝修工程為研究對象,針對其不足之處展開具體研究和分析。首先本文以當下施工行業(yè)面臨的背景和意義為出發(fā)點,對裝修工程的理論進行了相關闡述,并針對裝修工程開展過程中普遍存在的施工工期緊以及施工工藝復雜等問題在相關理念的指導下進行了具體流程優(yōu)化措施的討論,分析了橫冠裝飾公司施工管理現(xiàn)狀及存在問題,指出橫冠裝飾公司應采取措施提升其應對風險的能力和水準,從根本上促進企業(yè)內部的發(fā)展和管理。針對該公司的管理現(xiàn)狀和問題,作者提出了施工流程優(yōu)化方案,從施工質量優(yōu)化、施工安全流程優(yōu)化、施工進度控制方案優(yōu)化等截然不同的角度出發(fā),指出該公司內部相關體系應如何進行控制和優(yōu)化。作者通過本文對橫冠裝飾公司提出施工流程優(yōu)化方案,與此同時對其他企業(yè)的發(fā)展也有相關的借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:At this stage, people's living standard has made a qualitative leap and improvement, people's request for quality of life is higher and higher, which has driven the development of decoration industry. In recent years, the development of decoration market has also achieved unprecedented improvement, and decoration quality has been gradually concerned by the society. Therefore, in order to fundamentally improve the quality of the project, we must optimize the construction process. In order to put this aim into practice, enterprises need to make relevant processes according to the different needs of different customers, and use scientific and perfect logistics management methods to better realize the optimization of procedures. In order to provide customers with the best quality service. This paper takes the decoration and decoration engineering of the cross crown decoration company as the research object, and carries out the concrete research and analysis on its deficiency. First of all, based on the background and significance of the construction industry, this paper expounds the theory of decoration engineering. In view of the problems of tight construction period and complex construction technology, the concrete flow optimization measures are discussed under the guidance of relevant concepts. This paper analyzes on the present situation and existing problems of construction management in transverse crown decoration company, and points out that the horizontal crown decoration company should take measures to improve its ability and level to deal with risks, so as to promote the development and management inside the enterprise fundamentally. In view of the management status and problems of the company, the author puts forward the construction process optimization scheme, from the construction quality optimization, the construction safety process optimization, the construction schedule control scheme optimization and so on completely different angle. How to control and optimize the internal system of the company is pointed out. Through this article, the author puts forward the construction process optimization scheme for the transverse crown decoration company, at the same time, it has the relevant reference significance for the development of other enterprises.
