【摘要】：15 kg標(biāo)準(zhǔn)銀錠是上海黃金交易所(SGE)實(shí)物交割的主要品種之一,通過(guò)分析銀錠的生產(chǎn)工藝,構(gòu)建了生產(chǎn)物流結(jié)構(gòu)圖并進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化:銀錠凝固后,以工業(yè)機(jī)器人為物理核心,將后續(xù)的生產(chǎn)工藝串聯(lián)起來(lái),形成生產(chǎn)物流閉環(huán)。實(shí)踐表明:每次澆鑄10塊銀錠,制造時(shí)間縮短36.26%,搬運(yùn)時(shí)間縮短76.12%,搬運(yùn)距離縮短88.37%,操作人員減少60%,產(chǎn)量提高了33.33%。
[Abstract]:15kg standard silver ingot is one of the main kinds of material delivery in Shanghai Gold Exchange. By analyzing the production technology of silver ingot, the production logistics structure diagram is constructed and optimized systemically: after the silver ingot solidifies, the industrial robot is taken as the physical core. The subsequent production process will be linked up to form a closed-loop production logistics. The practice shows that the manufacturing time is shortened by 36.26, the handling time is shortened by 76.12, the distance is shortened by 88.37, the operator is reduced by 60, and the output is increased by 33.33.
