【摘要】：近年來,隨著哈薩克斯坦新經濟政策的施行,國家進入大工業(yè)化時代,基礎設施建設也掀起高潮。在此時代背景下,物流制度與設施逐漸完善,物流信息化、標準化不斷加強,推動了哈薩克斯坦物流配送業(yè)的發(fā)展。然而,目前哈薩克斯坦物流配送業(yè)自身還存在著許多問題,這些問題已經嚴重阻礙了哈薩克斯坦物流配送產業(yè)的快速發(fā)展。在互聯網爆炸性發(fā)展、競爭激烈的新經濟環(huán)境下,哈薩克斯坦的物流配送業(yè)要想迅速發(fā)展,必須認清自身的現狀,明確自己的發(fā)展問題,進而改善現有的問題。因此,從哈薩克斯坦目前的國情出發(fā),研究哈薩克斯坦物流配送業(yè)的現狀及改進對哈薩克斯坦物流配送業(yè)的發(fā)展具有重要意義。本文首先總結了物流配送行業(yè)比較成熟的國家的發(fā)展經驗。其次,對哈薩克斯坦的物流配送業(yè)現狀進行分析,即通過對哈薩克斯坦物流配送業(yè)的調研,總結了目前哈薩克斯坦物流配送業(yè)發(fā)展的總體情況,進而明確了哈薩克斯坦物流配送業(yè)發(fā)展中存在的主要問題,并根據哈薩克斯坦目前的國情對哈薩克斯坦主要物流配送企業(yè)進行SWOT分析。接著,使用模糊層次分析法分析了哈薩克斯坦物流配送模式的選擇。最后,通過借鑒發(fā)達國家物流配送業(yè)發(fā)展的經驗,提出對哈薩克斯坦物流配送業(yè)的改進建議。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the implementation of the new economic policy in Kazakhstan, the country has entered the age of great industrialization, and infrastructure construction has also set off a climax. In this background, logistics system and facilities are gradually improved, logistics informatization and standardization are constantly strengthened, which promotes the development of logistics distribution industry in Kazakhstan. However, there are still many problems in the logistics distribution industry in Kazakhstan, which have seriously hindered the rapid development of logistics distribution industry in Kazakhstan. With the explosive development of the Internet and the fierce competition in the new economic environment, if the logistics and distribution industry in Kazakhstan wants to develop rapidly, it must recognize its present situation, clarify its own development problems, and then improve the existing problems. Therefore, it is of great significance for the development of logistics distribution industry in Kazakhstan to study the present situation of logistics distribution industry in Kazakhstan and to improve the development of logistics distribution industry in Kazakhstan. This paper first summarizes the development experience of the more mature countries in the logistics distribution industry. Secondly, the present situation of logistics distribution industry in Kazakhstan is analyzed, that is, through the investigation of logistics distribution industry in Kazakhstan, the general situation of the development of logistics distribution industry in Kazakhstan is summarized. Then the main problems in the development of logistics distribution industry in Kazakhstan are clarified, and SWOT analysis of the main logistics distribution enterprises in Kazakhstan is carried out according to the current situation of Kazakhstan. Then, using fuzzy analytic hierarchy process to analyze the choice of logistics distribution mode in Kazakhstan. Finally, the paper puts forward some suggestions for improvement of logistics and distribution industry in Kazakhstan by drawing lessons from the experiences of developed countries in the development of logistics and distribution industry.
