【摘要】：隨著鋼鐵行業(yè)原材料成本的不斷升高以及產(chǎn)品價格的不斷降低,各鋼鐵企業(yè)之間的競爭日益激烈,大量鋼鐵企業(yè)紛紛陷入虧損的局面。為了迅速扭轉(zhuǎn)這種虧損的局面,降低生產(chǎn)成本成為鋼鐵企業(yè)獲勝的關(guān)鍵。于是鋼鐵企業(yè)紛紛從內(nèi)部挖潛,大力推進(jìn)技術(shù)改進(jìn)和降本增效的工作,并取得了明顯的效果。但是隨著各項(xiàng)工作的逐步推進(jìn),成本可降低的幅度已經(jīng)變得越來越小,如何開辟一條降本增效的新途徑,成為鋼鐵企業(yè)面臨的一個嚴(yán)峻挑戰(zhàn),而這時物流作為企業(yè)的“第三利潤源”成為各鋼鐵企業(yè)降本增效的又一個切入點(diǎn)。本文主要對TG公司煉鋼二廠物流現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)存在的問題,并提出改進(jìn)措施。首先是針對原材料庫存管理方面存在的問題,在梳理傳統(tǒng)庫存分類管理理論的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合鋼鐵行業(yè)的特性,選出五個指標(biāo)對傳統(tǒng)ABC分類方法進(jìn)行改進(jìn),并應(yīng)用改進(jìn)的ABC分類方法對原材料進(jìn)行分類;且通過采用每日生產(chǎn)計(jì)劃和每鋼種原材料使用量確定每日原材料庫存量。其次是針對倉庫入庫和出庫方面由于手工操作導(dǎo)致的信息不符的問題,通過采用物料信息自動采集技術(shù),實(shí)現(xiàn)入庫和出庫信息化管理。針對原材料作業(yè)區(qū)入庫和出庫時由工作人員手工確認(rèn),導(dǎo)致實(shí)際庫存與系統(tǒng)庫存不符,到庫物料不合要求等問題,提出采用物料信息自動采集系統(tǒng),實(shí)現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)間的無縫連接,并對倉庫入庫和出庫流程進(jìn)行優(yōu)化設(shè)計(jì)。
[Abstract]:With the rising of raw material cost and the decreasing of product price, the competition among steel enterprises is becoming more and more fierce, and a large number of steel enterprises have fallen into the situation of losing money one after another. In order to quickly reverse the loss, reducing production costs is the key to victory. As a result, iron and steel enterprises have made great efforts to improve technology and reduce cost and increase efficiency from within, and achieved obvious results. However, with the gradual progress of various work, the extent of cost reduction has become smaller and smaller. How to open up a new way to reduce cost and increase efficiency has become a serious challenge for steel enterprises. At this time, as the third profit source of enterprises, logistics has become another entry point for iron and steel enterprises to reduce cost and increase efficiency. This paper mainly analyzes the current situation of logistics in the second steelmaking Plant of TG Company, finds out the existing problems, and puts forward some improvement measures. First of all, aiming at the problems existing in the inventory management of raw materials, on the basis of combing the traditional inventory classification management theory and combining the characteristics of the steel industry, five indexes are selected to improve the traditional ABC classification method. The improved ABC classification method is used to classify the raw materials, and the daily stock of raw materials is determined by the daily production plan and the amount of each steel raw material. Secondly, aiming at the problem of information inconsistency caused by manual operation in and out of warehouse, the information management in and out of warehouse is realized by adopting the technology of automatic collection of material information. In view of the problems of manual confirmation by the staff when entering and leaving the raw material operation area, the actual inventory does not conform to the system inventory and the material in the warehouse does not meet the requirements, the automatic material information collection system is put forward to realize the seamless connection between the systems. And the warehouse into and out of the warehouse flow of optimization design.
