【摘要】:隨著塑料工業(yè)的飛速發(fā)展,塑料產(chǎn)品依靠其優(yōu)良的加工性能及使用性能已經(jīng)在汽車、家電、物流、醫(yī)療器械、航空航天等領(lǐng)域得到了廣泛的應(yīng)用,并逐步呈現(xiàn)出“以塑代鋼”、“以塑代木”趨勢(shì)。塑料產(chǎn)品從其結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)到產(chǎn)品成型是一個(gè)集設(shè)計(jì)、制造、工藝調(diào)試等多工種的復(fù)雜過(guò)程,任何一個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)對(duì)產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量都會(huì)產(chǎn)生較大的影響。隨著塑料模具CAD/CAE技術(shù)的不斷發(fā)展,顛覆了傳統(tǒng)模具依靠經(jīng)驗(yàn)設(shè)計(jì)與制造的方式,合理運(yùn)用CAD/CAE技術(shù)能夠在產(chǎn)品與模具結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)階段盡早的發(fā)現(xiàn)問(wèn)題并及時(shí)解決,有效的縮短了產(chǎn)品的設(shè)計(jì)周期,降低了企業(yè)的成本。本文以杯框架系列產(chǎn)品為例,基于UG和Moldflow研究模具CAD/CAE技術(shù)在塑料產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)、模具結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)、注塑成型工藝優(yōu)化中的應(yīng)用,旨在將產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)、模具結(jié)構(gòu)、工藝調(diào)試三個(gè)過(guò)程能有效的聯(lián)系起來(lái),提高產(chǎn)品的開(kāi)發(fā)效率,使塑料產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)周期盡可能的縮短。主要研究?jī)?nèi)容有以下幾個(gè)方面:(1)以UG8.0為設(shè)計(jì)平臺(tái),以Workbench14.5為分析工具,結(jié)合塑料產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)的一般準(zhǔn)則,設(shè)計(jì)杯框架系列產(chǎn)品的結(jié)構(gòu),建立其三維模型,最后利用Moldflow對(duì)其產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行填充質(zhì)量評(píng)估。(2)首先利用Moldflow分析優(yōu)化最佳澆口位置以及最佳冷卻回路布局,然后利用UG8.0/Mold Wizard模塊和HB_MOULD相結(jié)合,依據(jù)模具設(shè)計(jì)基本原理,對(duì)杯框架系列產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行模具結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì),其中包括模架系統(tǒng)選取、動(dòng)定模以及滑塊設(shè)計(jì)、熱流道系統(tǒng)、冷卻系統(tǒng)、排氣系統(tǒng)、頂出系統(tǒng)及其輔助件設(shè)計(jì)等。最后得到杯框架的的模具總體裝配圖。(3)基于Moldflow軟件的注塑成型過(guò)程模擬,包括填充、冷卻、保壓、翹曲等過(guò)程的模擬分析,并優(yōu)化注塑成型工藝,得出最佳成型工藝參數(shù),并將其工藝參數(shù)轉(zhuǎn)化為實(shí)際的注塑工藝條件,為試模師試模提供科學(xué)依據(jù)。通過(guò)對(duì)本課題的研究,說(shuō)明合理的利用模具CAD/CAE技術(shù)可以大大提高了塑模企業(yè)的產(chǎn)品結(jié)構(gòu)、模具設(shè)計(jì)、注塑工藝調(diào)試三個(gè)部門的協(xié)同工作效率。為企業(yè)提供了一種高效的方法,推動(dòng)了注塑模具CAD/CAE技術(shù)的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of plastic industry, plastic products have been widely used in the fields of automobile, household appliances, logistics, medical equipment, aerospace and so on. "plastic instead of wood" trend. Plastic products from its structure design to product molding is a complex process of design, manufacturing, process debugging and so on. Any link will have a great impact on the quality of the product. With the continuous development of plastic mould CAD / CAE technology, the traditional mold design and manufacture method is overturned. The rational use of CAD / CAE technology can find the problem and solve the problem in the product and mold structure design stage as soon as possible. Effectively shorten the product design cycle, reduce the cost of enterprises. In this paper, based on UG and Moldflow, the application of CAD / CAE technology in plastic product structure design, mold structure design and injection molding process optimization is studied based on UG and Moldflow. The three processes of process debugging can effectively link up, improve the efficiency of product development, and shorten the production cycle of plastic products as much as possible. The main contents of this paper are as follows: (1) with UG8.0 as the design platform, Workbench 14.5 as the analysis tool, combined with the general criteria of plastic product structure design, the structure of cup frame series products is designed and its three-dimensional model is established. Finally, Moldflow is used to evaluate the filling quality of its products.) first, Moldflow is used to analyze and optimize the optimum gate position and the optimal cooling circuit layout, then the UG8.0 / Mold Wizard module is combined with HBSMOULD, and according to the basic principle of mould design, Die structure design of cup frame series products includes mould frame system selection, dynamic mode design and slide block design, hot runner system, cooling system, exhaust system, ejection system and its auxiliary parts design. Finally, the overall assembly drawing of the cup frame is obtained. (3) the injection molding process simulation based on Moldflow software, including the simulation analysis of filling, cooling, keeping pressure, warping and so on, and the optimization of injection molding process are obtained, and the best molding process parameters are obtained. The process parameters are transformed into actual injection conditions, which provides scientific basis for mould testing. Through the research of this subject, it shows that the rational use of CAD / CAE technology can greatly improve the efficiency of collaborative work in three departments: product structure, mold design and injection molding process debugging. It provides an efficient method for enterprises and promotes the development of CAD / CAE technology.
