【摘要】：物流產(chǎn)業(yè)是融合運(yùn)輸、倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)、搬運(yùn)、裝卸、貨代、信息等產(chǎn)業(yè)的復(fù)合型現(xiàn)代服務(wù)業(yè),是國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的重要組成部分和支撐國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的基礎(chǔ)性、戰(zhàn)略性產(chǎn)業(yè)�，F(xiàn)代物流產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展可以大幅度地降低經(jīng)濟(jì)活動(dòng)的交易成本,提高經(jīng)濟(jì)系統(tǒng)配置資源的效率,促進(jìn)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展。因此,物流產(chǎn)業(yè)又被認(rèn)為是國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的動(dòng)脈,物流產(chǎn)業(yè)的規(guī)模、效率等指標(biāo),已經(jīng)成為衡量一個(gè)國(guó)家或地區(qū)綜合競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力高低的一個(gè)重要指標(biāo)。物流產(chǎn)業(yè)的效率是衡量物流產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展水平的重要指標(biāo),物流產(chǎn)業(yè)效率的提升可以有效地降低物流活動(dòng)的運(yùn)行成本,促進(jìn)物流系統(tǒng)的高效運(yùn)行。山西省地處中部?jī)?nèi)陸地區(qū),經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展一直以煤炭產(chǎn)業(yè)為主,物流產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展較為落后。物流產(chǎn)業(yè)作為經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的動(dòng)脈,其效率水平的提高可以快速地促進(jìn)山西省消費(fèi)需求的提升、產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的優(yōu)化、就業(yè)水平的提高以及企業(yè)運(yùn)行效率的提高。但是目前為止,山西省物流效率仍然比較低,物流各個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)浪費(fèi)嚴(yán)重,物流需求不足,基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)落后,現(xiàn)代化的物流園區(qū)、配送中心缺乏。找出山西省物流產(chǎn)業(yè)效率低下的癥結(jié)所在,分析其原因,采取一定的應(yīng)對(duì)措施,促進(jìn)山西物流產(chǎn)業(yè)效率提升,迫在眉睫。本文首先通過(guò)結(jié)合相關(guān)理論,分析物流效率提升的意義以及影響山西省物流產(chǎn)業(yè)效率提高的各影響因素。其次,通過(guò)建立DEA-CCR模型,以山西省2005-2014年物流產(chǎn)業(yè)相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)為基礎(chǔ)對(duì)山西物流產(chǎn)業(yè)的效率進(jìn)行了測(cè)度與評(píng)價(jià)。再次通過(guò)建立Tobit回歸模型,找出影響山西省物流產(chǎn)業(yè)效率的各因素,并評(píng)價(jià)其對(duì)山西省物流產(chǎn)業(yè)效率的影響程度。最后,根據(jù)Tobit回歸結(jié)果,找出了促進(jìn)山西省物流產(chǎn)業(yè)效率提升的應(yīng)對(duì)措施。
[Abstract]:Logistics industry is a complex modern service industry which integrates transportation, warehousing, handling, loading and unloading, freight forwarding, information and other industries. It is an important part of the national economy and a basic and strategic industry to support the national economy. The development of modern logistics industry can greatly reduce the transaction cost of economic activities, improve the efficiency of economic system allocation of resources, and promote the development of national economy. Therefore, logistics industry is considered to be the artery of the development of national economy. The scale and efficiency of logistics industry have become an important index to measure the comprehensive competitiveness of a country or region. The efficiency of logistics industry is an important index to measure the development level of logistics industry. The promotion of efficiency of logistics industry can effectively reduce the operating cost of logistics activities and promote the efficient operation of logistics system. Shanxi Province is located in the central inland area, the economic development has been mainly in the coal industry, logistics industry development is relatively backward. As the artery of economic development, the improvement of efficiency level of logistics industry can quickly promote the promotion of consumption demand, the optimization of industrial structure, the improvement of employment level and the improvement of operation efficiency of enterprises in Shanxi Province. But up to now, the logistics efficiency of Shanxi Province is still relatively low, each link of logistics is wasted seriously, the logistics demand is insufficient, the infrastructure construction is backward, the modernized logistics park, the distribution center is lacking. It is urgent to find out the crux of the low efficiency of Shanxi logistics industry, analyze the reasons and take some countermeasures to promote the efficiency of Shanxi logistics industry. This paper first analyzes the significance of logistics efficiency improvement and the influencing factors of Shanxi logistics industry efficiency by combining relevant theories. Secondly, the efficiency of Shanxi logistics industry is measured and evaluated based on the relevant data of Shanxi logistics industry from 2005 to 2014 through the establishment of DEA-CCR model. Thirdly, by establishing the Tobit regression model, we find out the factors that affect the efficiency of Shanxi logistics industry, and evaluate the degree of its influence on the efficiency of Shanxi logistics industry. Finally, according to the result of Tobit regression, we find out the countermeasures to promote the efficiency of Shanxi logistics industry.
