【摘要】：分析當(dāng)前輪胎企業(yè)生產(chǎn)中物流輸送特點(diǎn),結(jié)合傳統(tǒng)物流運(yùn)輸?shù)牟蛔?介紹輪胎生產(chǎn)過程中各工段間采用自動導(dǎo)引運(yùn)輸車、立體庫、制造執(zhí)行系統(tǒng)、滾子鏈等多種輸送形式將物流規(guī)劃、生產(chǎn)信息交互集成、庫位分配設(shè)計(jì)結(jié)合起來,實(shí)現(xiàn)輪胎生產(chǎn)物流自動化,可節(jié)省人力資源,降低生產(chǎn)成本,提高經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the characteristics of logistics transportation in the production of tire enterprises, and introduces the automatic guiding transport vehicle, three-dimensional storehouse and manufacturing execution system in the process of tire production according to the shortage of traditional logistics transportation. Various transportation forms such as roller chain combine logistics planning production information interactive integration and warehouse allocation design to realize tire production logistics automation which can save human resources reduce production cost and improve economic efficiency.
