【摘要】：農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流園區(qū)發(fā)展有利于調(diào)動(dòng)農(nóng)戶、批發(fā)商、農(nóng)產(chǎn)品加工企業(yè)、零售商等主體參與農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流的積極性,契合了農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流園區(qū)以市場(chǎng)為導(dǎo)向、以農(nóng)產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)為根本、進(jìn)而實(shí)現(xiàn)加工增值的特點(diǎn)。當(dāng)前我國(guó)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流園區(qū)發(fā)展仍然存在諸多問(wèn)題,主要是缺乏長(zhǎng)期的科學(xué)規(guī)劃、完善的基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施、健全的扶持政策和科學(xué)的盈利模式等�；趦r(jià)值鏈管理理論,農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流園區(qū)發(fā)展在價(jià)值生產(chǎn)環(huán)節(jié)應(yīng)向上游產(chǎn)業(yè)延伸,在價(jià)值實(shí)現(xiàn)環(huán)節(jié)應(yīng)向下游產(chǎn)業(yè)延伸,同時(shí)結(jié)合物流、管理技術(shù)提升和人力資源、基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施完善,在價(jià)值研發(fā)和價(jià)值管理環(huán)節(jié)實(shí)現(xiàn)突破,以全面提高我國(guó)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流園區(qū)的發(fā)展水平。
[Abstract]:The development of agricultural products logistics parks is conducive to mobilizing the enthusiasm of farmers, wholesalers, agricultural products processing enterprises, retailers and other main bodies to participate in agricultural product logistics, which is in line with the market orientation and the production of agricultural products in the agricultural products logistics park. And then realize the characteristics of processing value-added. At present, there are still many problems in the development of agricultural products logistics park in China, which are lack of long-term scientific planning, perfect infrastructure, sound supporting policy and scientific profit model, etc. Based on the theory of value chain management, the development of agricultural product logistics park should be extended to upstream industry in value production link, and downstream industry in value realization link. At the same time, combined with logistics, management technology promotion and human resources, the infrastructure should be improved. In order to improve the development level of agricultural products logistics park in China, we can achieve a breakthrough in value R & D and value management.
