基于物聯(lián)網(wǎng)的起重機械企業(yè)信息管理系統(tǒng)的研究

【摘要】:隨著我國經(jīng)濟的發(fā)展,起重機械作為一種特種設(shè)備,在冶煉、建筑、物流運輸?shù)裙I(yè)生產(chǎn)中不可或缺,起著舉足輕重的作用,大力地推動了社會的進步與發(fā)展。工業(yè)規(guī)模的不斷發(fā)展又促進了起重機更加廣泛的使用。由于起重機屬于大型設(shè)備,一旦發(fā)生事故,將造成無法估量的人員傷害和經(jīng)濟損失。如何確保起重機的安全運行、減少事故的發(fā)生,及如何實現(xiàn)起重機的智能化管理成為當(dāng)下比較關(guān)心的問題。另外,在信息化技術(shù)快速發(fā)展的今天,如何提高企業(yè)的信息化智能化的管理水平,提高企業(yè)在社會中的競爭力也成為企業(yè)面臨的重大問題。本文立足于起重機械企業(yè)的管理發(fā)展,以起重機械企業(yè)為主要研究對象,以實現(xiàn)起重機械公司的智能化、信息化管理為目的,建立了一個綜合起重機企業(yè)信息管理系統(tǒng)。首先結(jié)合系統(tǒng)建立的目的和用戶的要求,論文完成了系統(tǒng)的需求分析,包括具體信息的需求、實際功能需求和系統(tǒng)性能需求,確定了系統(tǒng)的總體功能。結(jié)合物聯(lián)網(wǎng)的三層結(jié)構(gòu)體系,完成了系統(tǒng)總體結(jié)構(gòu)的設(shè)計。接著采用RFID和EPC編碼等物聯(lián)網(wǎng)關(guān)鍵技術(shù)完成了企業(yè)人員、起重機設(shè)備信息、起重機的調(diào)試運行安全信息、車間作業(yè)調(diào)度和企業(yè)倉庫等管理的設(shè)計和功能實現(xiàn)。最后論文采用三層結(jié)構(gòu)體系建立了軟件系統(tǒng)的邏輯結(jié)構(gòu),采用SQL Server2008作為系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)庫,完成了信息管理系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)庫的設(shè)計,包括數(shù)據(jù)庫概念設(shè)計和詳細表單的設(shè)計,并采用ADO技術(shù)進行數(shù)據(jù)庫的連接訪問;赩isual Studio 2010完成了信息管理系統(tǒng)的軟件設(shè)計,設(shè)計開發(fā)了系統(tǒng)的主要功能模塊,并建立了簡單明了比較容易操作的良好的交互界面,實現(xiàn)了系統(tǒng)的主要功能。系統(tǒng)的建立實現(xiàn)了企業(yè)對人員、設(shè)備、生產(chǎn)和倉庫物流的高度集中化管理,為日后起重機械行業(yè)建立基于物聯(lián)網(wǎng)的起重機大型的綜合管理平臺做了一個良好的開端,提供一定的借鑒作用。
[Abstract]:With the development of economy in our country, hoisting machinery, as a kind of special equipment, is indispensable in smelting, building, logistics and transportation, and plays an important role in promoting the progress and development of society. The continuous development of industrial scale has promoted the wider use of cranes. Because the crane belongs to the large equipment, once the accident occurs, it will cause incalculable human injury and economic loss. How to ensure the safe operation of cranes, reduce the occurrence of accidents, and how to realize the intelligent management of cranes has become a more concerned issue. In addition, with the rapid development of information technology today, how to improve the level of intelligent management of information technology and improve the competitiveness of enterprises in society has become a major problem facing enterprises. This paper is based on the management development of the lifting machinery enterprise, taking the lifting machinery enterprise as the main research object, aiming at realizing the intelligent and information management of the lifting machinery company, establishing a comprehensive crane enterprise information management system. Firstly, combining the purpose of the system and the requirements of the users, the paper completes the requirement analysis of the system, including the requirements of the specific information, the actual functional requirements and the system performance requirements, and determines the overall function of the system. Combined with the three-layer structure of the Internet of things, the overall structure of the system is designed. Then the key technologies of Internet of things, such as RFID and EPC coding, are used to complete the design and function realization of enterprise personnel, crane equipment information, crane debugging and operation safety information, workshop job scheduling and enterprise warehouse management. Finally, the logic structure of the software system is established by using the three-tier structure system, and the database of the information management system is designed by using SQL Server2008 as the database, including the conceptual design of the database and the design of the detailed form. And use ADO technology to access the database connection. Based on Visual Studio 2010, the software design of the information management system is completed, the main function modules of the system are designed and developed, and a good interactive interface is established, which is simple and easy to operate, and the main functions of the system are realized. The establishment of the system realizes the highly centralized management of personnel, equipment, production and warehouse logistics, and makes a good start for the crane large-scale integrated management platform based on the Internet of things in the future.
