【摘要】：近些年,京津冀區(qū)域物流業(yè)迎來(lái)了高速發(fā)展時(shí)期,區(qū)域物流基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施也日趨完善,但仍存在區(qū)域物流運(yùn)輸成本過(guò)高的問(wèn)題,究其原因,是由于區(qū)域物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)缺乏統(tǒng)一規(guī)劃。因此,本文基于軸輻式理論開(kāi)展對(duì)于京津冀區(qū)域物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)的優(yōu)化研究,為區(qū)域物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)的合理規(guī)劃布局提供理論依據(jù)支撐,以期解決區(qū)域物流業(yè)發(fā)展過(guò)程中所出現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題。首先,本文對(duì)區(qū)域現(xiàn)有物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)進(jìn)行了描述,利用點(diǎn)強(qiáng)度、簇系數(shù)、點(diǎn)相關(guān)性等測(cè)度指標(biāo)對(duì)其進(jìn)行了網(wǎng)絡(luò)結(jié)構(gòu)特征分析,并在此基礎(chǔ)上,分析總結(jié)了京津冀區(qū)域現(xiàn)有物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)中存在的問(wèn)題;其次,構(gòu)建包含4項(xiàng)一級(jí)指標(biāo)及12項(xiàng)二級(jí)指標(biāo)的評(píng)價(jià)體系,選用因子分析法對(duì)京津冀區(qū)域物流節(jié)點(diǎn)進(jìn)行綜合評(píng)價(jià),并依據(jù)評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果選取備選樞紐節(jié)點(diǎn);最后,構(gòu)建區(qū)域物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)優(yōu)化模型,設(shè)計(jì)遺傳算法作為其求解算法,以京津冀區(qū)域物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)為實(shí)例開(kāi)展優(yōu)化研究,得出優(yōu)化后的京津冀區(qū)域物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)布局方案。從優(yōu)化結(jié)果來(lái)看,順義、武清、石家莊、唐山、滄州五地被選為軸輻式區(qū)域物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)的樞紐節(jié)點(diǎn);優(yōu)化后的區(qū)域物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)在物流總成本、運(yùn)輸模式結(jié)構(gòu)等方面優(yōu)化效果顯著;所選定的五個(gè)樞紐節(jié)點(diǎn)分布合理,輻射范圍互有補(bǔ)充,可以形成覆蓋京津冀區(qū)域的樞紐布局形式。論文的研究成果在推動(dòng)京津冀區(qū)域物流網(wǎng)絡(luò)合理布局規(guī)劃、降低區(qū)域物流運(yùn)輸成本等方面具有一定的現(xiàn)實(shí)指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the regional logistics industry of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei has ushered in a period of rapid development, and the regional logistics infrastructure has become more and more perfect, but there is still the problem that the transportation cost of regional logistics is too high, which is due to the lack of unified planning of the regional logistics network. Therefore, based on the axis-spoke theory, this paper studies the optimization of the regional logistics network in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, and provides the theoretical basis for the rational planning and layout of the regional logistics network, in order to solve the problems in the development of regional logistics industry. First of all, this paper describes the existing logistics network in the region, and analyzes the network structure characteristics by using the measurement indexes such as point strength, cluster coefficient, point correlation and so on. The problems existing in the existing logistics network of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region are analyzed and summarized. Secondly, an evaluation system consisting of 4 first-grade indexes and 12 second-class indexes is constructed, and a comprehensive evaluation of the logistics nodes in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is carried out by using factor analysis method. Finally, the optimization model of regional logistics network is constructed, genetic algorithm is designed as its solution algorithm, and the optimization research is carried out with the example of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei regional logistics network. After the optimization of the Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei regional logistics network layout. From the optimization results, Shunyi, Wuqing, Shijiazhuang, Tangshan and Cangzhou are selected as hub nodes of the regional logistics network, and the optimized regional logistics network has remarkable effect in the aspects of total logistics cost, transportation mode structure and so on. The distribution of the five nodes is reasonable and the radiation range is complementary to each other, which can form the layout of the hub covering the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. The research results of this paper have certain practical significance in promoting the rational layout planning of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei regional logistics network and reducing the transportation cost of regional logistics.
