【摘要】:隨著我國經濟發(fā)展進入新常態(tài),社會產業(yè)結構也發(fā)生了很大的調整。政府推出重點化解產能過剩,推動產業(yè)轉型升級的新戰(zhàn)略,導致以大宗貨物運輸為主的鐵路運輸受到很大的影響。面對貨源的急劇減少以及其他運輸方式的競爭壓力,發(fā)展適應現(xiàn)代化物流市場的快捷化運輸已經是現(xiàn)代鐵路發(fā)展的一大趨勢。而開行方案是鐵路部門工作的指導性文件,其合理與否直接影響運輸生產效率和服務水平,因此,研究快運班列的開行方案對提高鐵路在快運市場的占有率、合理利用鐵路運能資源具有重要的現(xiàn)實意義。本論文在此背景下,研究了我國鐵路貨物快運班列開行方案優(yōu)化設計中的幾個相關問題。1、總結了我國鐵路現(xiàn)行快運貨物班列的組織現(xiàn)狀。通過統(tǒng)計中國鐵路客戶服務中心公布的快運貨物班列開行方案的數據,對快捷貨物運輸的組織流程、快運貨物班列的產品體系以及各類班列的主要特征進行系統(tǒng)分析,得出我國現(xiàn)行快運班列存在市場競爭力不足、班列兌現(xiàn)率不高、快運產品開發(fā)策略不足和開行方案優(yōu)化不足等問題。2、研究了穩(wěn)定直達班列優(yōu)先固化條件下的快運貨物班列的開行方案編制方法。針對快捷貨流對時效性要求高的特殊性,本文提出將一部分優(yōu)質穩(wěn)定貨流優(yōu)先固定在直達班列上的方法。此外,對剩余貨流在編制開行方案時,同時考慮直達班列和中轉班列相結合的開行模式、班列的靈活編組、多等級服務和貨主的最大允許送達時間約束四個因素,最終得到更加符合實際需求的開行方案。3、構建了基于節(jié)點拆分方式的快運貨物班列開行方案優(yōu)化模型。將每個節(jié)點拆分為到達節(jié)點和出發(fā)節(jié)點,在節(jié)點間添加聯(lián)弧,得到鐵路貨物快運班列運輸服務網絡。這樣,鐵路貨物快運班列開行方案優(yōu)化問題可以理解為在拆分后的網絡中添加聯(lián)弧,從而轉化為一類特殊的網絡設計問題。采用K短路的算法將車流分配到該運輸網路中,在此基礎上確定快運貨物班列的開行方案。最后借助商業(yè)軟件LINGO11對模型進行求解。算例表明,給出的模型和求解策略能夠在較短時間內得到問題的全局最優(yōu)解。
[Abstract]:With China's economic development into the new normal, the social industrial structure has also been greatly adjusted. The government's new strategy to focus on resolving overcapacity and upgrading the industry has had a big impact on rail transport, which is dominated by bulk freight. In the face of the sharp decrease in the supply of goods and the competitive pressure of other modes of transportation, it is a major trend of modern railway development to develop and adapt to the rapid transportation of modern logistics market. And the opening plan is the guiding document of the railway department's work, and whether it is reasonable or not has a direct impact on the efficiency of transportation and the level of service. Therefore, it is necessary to study the operation plan of the express train to increase the share of the railway in the express transportation market. It is of great practical significance to make rational use of railway transportation capacity resources. Based on this background, this paper studies several related problems in the optimization design of railway freight express train operation scheme in China, and summarizes the present organization status of China's railway express freight train. Based on the statistics of the data of the express freight train operation plan published by the China Railway customer Service Center, the organization process of the express freight transportation, the product system of the express freight train and the main characteristics of the various classes are systematically analyzed. It is concluded that the current express train in China is not competitive enough in the market, and the cash rate of the class train is not high. The problems of product development strategy and optimization of express transportation products are insufficient. 2. This paper studies the programming method of express freight schedule under the condition of stable and direct train priority solidification. In view of the particularity of fast cargo flow which requires high timeliness, this paper puts forward a method of first fixing part of high quality and stable cargo flow on the direct train. In addition, four factors are taken into account in the preparation of the opening plan for the remaining cargo flow, such as the combination of direct train and transit train, flexible grouping, multi-level service and the maximum allowable delivery time of the owner. Finally, the opening scheme. 3, which is more in line with the actual demand, is obtained, and the optimization model of the express cargo routing scheme based on the node split mode is constructed. Each node is divided into arrival node and departure node, and an arc is added between the nodes to obtain the rail freight express train transport service network. In this way, the optimization problem of railway freight train operation scheme can be understood as adding an arc to the separated network, which can be transformed into a special network design problem. On the basis of K short circuit algorithm, the train flow is assigned to the transportation network, and on this basis, the operating scheme of the express freight train is determined. Finally, the model is solved by commercial software LINGO11. An example shows that the global optimal solution of the problem can be obtained in a short time by the proposed model and solution strategy.
