黑龍江墾區(qū)化肥物流服務(wù)模式優(yōu)化研究

【摘要】:黑龍江墾區(qū)作為我國(guó)最為重要的商品糧基地,肩負(fù)著保障我國(guó)糧食安全和糧食儲(chǔ)備之重任。2012年,黑龍江墾區(qū)播種總面積為287.0592萬(wàn)公頃,化肥施用量達(dá)到117.5372萬(wàn)噸,并呈逐年增長(zhǎng)態(tài)勢(shì)。隨著化肥需求量的不斷增加,墾區(qū)化肥物流服務(wù)壓力也逐漸增大,為了提高化肥物流服務(wù)水平,,降低物流成本,滿足農(nóng)民物流服務(wù)需求,實(shí)現(xiàn)農(nóng)民增產(chǎn)增收,及時(shí)找到適合墾區(qū)的化肥物流服務(wù)模式已成為墾區(qū)農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)亟待解決的問(wèn)題。本研究首先對(duì)黑龍江墾區(qū)化肥物流服務(wù)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行調(diào)查和分析,認(rèn)為墾區(qū)現(xiàn)有三種化肥物流服務(wù)模式,包括:供應(yīng)商直送+墾區(qū)自建物流企業(yè)服務(wù)模式、供應(yīng)商直送+經(jīng)銷商配送模式和第三方物流服務(wù)模式。然后,通過(guò)分析三種物流模式,以滿足黑龍江墾區(qū)農(nóng)戶化肥物流需求為標(biāo)準(zhǔn),構(gòu)建墾區(qū)化肥物流服務(wù)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系;最后,運(yùn)用綜合評(píng)分法對(duì)墾區(qū)現(xiàn)有三種化肥物流服務(wù)模式進(jìn)行科學(xué)評(píng)價(jià)和進(jìn)一步優(yōu)化。結(jié)果表明評(píng)分較高的是供應(yīng)商直送+墾區(qū)自建物流服務(wù)模式。盡管供應(yīng)商直送+墾區(qū)自建物流服務(wù)模式評(píng)分較高,但是農(nóng)戶對(duì)化肥物流服務(wù)需求的層次各不相同,其他兩種化肥物流服務(wù)模式也有其存在的合理性。據(jù)此在墾區(qū)三種化肥物流服務(wù)模式評(píng)分結(jié)果的基礎(chǔ)上,提出三種化肥物流服務(wù)模式進(jìn)一步優(yōu)化的對(duì)策,從而合理配置墾區(qū)現(xiàn)有物流服務(wù)資源,提高墾區(qū)化肥物流服務(wù)的質(zhì)量,降低化肥物流服務(wù)的成本,更好的滿足農(nóng)民需求。
[Abstract]:As the most important commodity grain base in China, Heilongjiang Reclamation region shoulders the important task of ensuring China's food security and grain reserves. In 2012, the total planting area of Heilongjiang Reclamation area was 2.870592 million hectares, and the amount of fertilizer used reached 1.175372 million tons. And presents the growth trend year by year. With the increasing demand for chemical fertilizer, the pressure of fertilizer logistics service in reclamation area increases gradually. In order to improve the level of fertilizer logistics service, reduce the logistics cost, meet the demand of farmers' logistics service, and realize the increase of farmers' income, It has become an urgent problem to solve the problem of agricultural production in reclamation area to find the logistics service mode of chemical fertilizer in time. Firstly, the present situation of chemical fertilizer logistics service in Heilongjiang Reclamation area is investigated and analyzed. It is concluded that there are three kinds of chemical fertilizer logistics service modes in the reclamation area, including: the service mode of self-built logistics enterprises sent directly to the reclamation area by suppliers. Supplier direct delivery distributor distribution model and third party logistics service mode. Then, through the analysis of three logistics models to meet the requirements of chemical fertilizer logistics in Heilongjiang reclamation area, the evaluation index system of chemical fertilizer logistics service in reclamation area is constructed. The scientific evaluation and further optimization of three kinds of fertilizer logistics service modes in reclamation area were carried out by using comprehensive scoring method. The result shows that the higher grade is the self-built logistics service mode of supplier-directed reclamation area. Although the scale of self-built logistics service model is higher, the level of farmers' demand for chemical fertilizer logistics service is different, and the other two kinds of fertilizer logistics service mode also have their own rationality. On the basis of the result of three fertilizer logistics service modes in reclamation area, the paper puts forward some countermeasures to optimize the three fertilizer logistics service modes, so as to reasonably allocate the existing logistics service resources and improve the quality of fertilizer logistics service in reclamation area. Reduce the cost of fertilizer logistics services, better meet the needs of farmers.
