【摘要】：近幾年來(lái),在國(guó)際政策支持下,越來(lái)越多的中國(guó)施工企業(yè)邁出國(guó)門(mén),走向世界。在經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化背景下,施工企業(yè)海外項(xiàng)目物資管理水平對(duì)企業(yè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力提高正起著越來(lái)越重要的作用。而在以A公司為典型的我國(guó)大多數(shù)施工企業(yè)來(lái)說(shuō),海外項(xiàng)目的物資管理存在著很多問(wèn)題。很多施工企業(yè)在組織海外項(xiàng)目施工時(shí)只是單純地照搬國(guó)內(nèi)項(xiàng)目管理經(jīng)驗(yàn)、套用國(guó)內(nèi)材料標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和技術(shù)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、不做詳盡地項(xiàng)目施工計(jì)劃、草率地核算工程量,這種粗放式的管理給項(xiàng)目和企業(yè)帶來(lái)了極大的經(jīng)濟(jì)損失。本文用理論聯(lián)系實(shí)際的方法,從流程重組、成本控制等角度,研究如何在保證項(xiàng)目施工、質(zhì)量的前提下,降低海外項(xiàng)目物資采購(gòu)成本,全面提升物資管理水平。通過(guò)分析A公司海外項(xiàng)目的特點(diǎn),借鑒其他行業(yè)的先進(jìn)理論和管理經(jīng)驗(yàn),梳理A公司海外項(xiàng)目物資管理存在的問(wèn)題,主要從流程重組和采購(gòu)成本這兩方面分析,有針對(duì)性地提出提高物資管理水平的有效建議和解決方案。作者認(rèn)為,全球采購(gòu)、區(qū)域物流中心是國(guó)內(nèi)施工企業(yè)物資管理的發(fā)展趨勢(shì)和最終出路。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the support of international policy, more and more Chinese construction enterprises have stepped into the world. Under the background of economic globalization, the material management level of overseas projects of construction enterprises is playing a more and more important role in improving the core competitiveness of enterprises. However, there are many problems in the material management of overseas projects in most construction enterprises in China, which are typical of A Company. When many construction enterprises organize overseas project construction, they simply copy the domestic project management experience, apply domestic material standards and technical standards, do not make detailed project construction plans, and hastily calculate project quantities. This extensive management brings great economic losses to projects and enterprises. In this paper, from the point of view of process reengineering and cost control, this paper studies how to reduce the cost of material procurement and improve the level of material management in overseas projects under the premise of ensuring the construction and quality of the project by using the method of combining theory with practice and from the angles of process reengineering and cost control. By analyzing the characteristics of company A's overseas projects and drawing on the advanced theories and management experiences of other industries, this paper combs the problems existing in the material management of overseas projects of A company, mainly from the aspects of process reengineering and purchasing cost. Put forward effective suggestions and solutions to improve material management level. The author thinks that global purchasing and regional logistics center are the development trend and final outlet of material management in domestic construction enterprises.
