【摘要】：在我國社會經(jīng)濟的快速發(fā)展下,企業(yè)的后勤管理體制顯示出了許多弊端,比如:后勤物業(yè)服務(wù)觀念落后、難以滿足多樣化的需求、缺乏監(jiān)督、服務(wù)人員的綜合素質(zhì)不高。因此,在我國企業(yè)后勤工作中運用工業(yè)工程的相關(guān)知識是非常必要的,可以優(yōu)化后勤服務(wù)體系,提高后勤服務(wù)質(zhì)量和效率。本文主要以發(fā)電公司后勤工作為研究對象,主要完成了發(fā)電公司兩大研究內(nèi)容:一是生活區(qū)設(shè)施規(guī)劃的改善;二是職工食堂用餐環(huán)境的改善。本文通過調(diào)查研究,分析了發(fā)電公司后勤服務(wù)工作的特點及現(xiàn)狀,總結(jié)后勤服務(wù)設(shè)施規(guī)劃改善方法,運用工業(yè)工程中物流工程的設(shè)施規(guī)劃內(nèi)容,通過考慮地理位置、交通等因素對發(fā)電公司選址進行研究。運用工業(yè)工程中物流工程的設(shè)施規(guī)劃內(nèi)容對發(fā)電公司中的后勤服務(wù)設(shè)施進行合理規(guī)劃。通過對發(fā)電公司生活區(qū)規(guī)劃,選出必需的生活設(shè)施進入生活區(qū)內(nèi),并根據(jù)周圍環(huán)境對各個設(shè)施進行位置布局,列舉發(fā)電公司生活區(qū)總平面布局可行方案圖并進行評價,選出最優(yōu)布局。完成了電廠職工宿舍及浴室規(guī)劃、食堂規(guī)劃、超市規(guī)劃和運動設(shè)施規(guī)劃�；�7S現(xiàn)場管理以及5常、5W2H等方法,對發(fā)電公司食堂的布局及位置擺放,找出現(xiàn)存問題并進行改進優(yōu)化,去除一些不必要的設(shè)施�；谌艘蚬こ虒W(xué)以及方法研究中的動作經(jīng)濟原則,對食堂取餐臺和餐具進行改進設(shè)計,使員工就餐使更加方便、安全�？偨Y(jié)了發(fā)電公司后勤工作改善的不足,展望了我國企業(yè)后勤工作中運用工業(yè)工程原理的發(fā)展趨勢。研究成果可為我國同類發(fā)電公司后勤管理人員提供積極的借鑒作用。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of social economy in our country, the logistics management system of enterprises has shown many disadvantages, such as: the concept of logistics property service is backward, it is difficult to meet the diverse needs, lack of supervision, the comprehensive quality of service personnel is not high. Therefore, it is necessary to apply the relevant knowledge of industrial engineering in the logistics work of our country, which can optimize the logistics service system and improve the quality and efficiency of the logistics service. This paper mainly takes the logistics work of the power generation company as the research object, mainly completes two major research contents of the power generation company: one is the improvement of the living area facility planning; the other is the improvement of the dining environment of the staff canteen. Through investigation and research, this paper analyzes the characteristics and present situation of logistics service work in power generation companies, summarizes the methods of improving logistics service facilities planning, applies the content of logistics facilities planning in industrial engineering, and considers the geographical location. Transportation and other factors to study the location of power generation companies. The logistics facilities in the power generation company are reasonably planned by using the logistics facility planning content in the industrial engineering. Through the planning of the living area of the power generation company, the necessary living facilities are selected to enter the living area, and the location of each facility is arranged according to the surrounding environment, and the feasible plan diagram of the total plane layout of the living area of the power generation company is listed and evaluated. Select the optimal layout. Completed the power plant dormitory and bathroom planning, canteen planning, supermarket planning and sports facilities planning. Based on the methods of 7s site management and 5Chang 5W2H, the layout and location of the canteen of the power generation company are put forward, the existing problems are found out, the existing problems are improved and optimized, and some unnecessary facilities are removed. Based on the principle of action economy in the research of human factor engineering and method, this paper improves the design of dining table and tableware in the canteen to make it more convenient and safe for employees to eat. This paper summarizes the shortcomings of improving the logistics work of power generation companies, and looks forward to the development trend of the application of industrial engineering principles in the logistics work of Chinese enterprises. The research results can provide a positive reference for the logistics managers of the similar power generation companies in China.
