鐵路智慧檢修生產(chǎn)物流管理系統(tǒng)的研究與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:在我國鐵路行業(yè)高速發(fā)展的進(jìn)程中,鐵路機(jī)車車輛、軌道線路及其輔助設(shè)備的檢修生產(chǎn)對于保障鐵路安全高效運(yùn)輸?shù)闹匾匀找嫱癸@。鐵路檢修生產(chǎn)所需物資的種類廣、數(shù)量多、價(jià)值高,檢修生產(chǎn)物流在倉儲(chǔ)、配送、周轉(zhuǎn)方面業(yè)務(wù)流程復(fù)雜,承擔(dān)鐵路檢修生產(chǎn)任務(wù)尤其是對機(jī)車車輛進(jìn)行檢修的鐵路基層站段車間迫切需要適應(yīng)現(xiàn)場的物流管理模式?紤]檢修生產(chǎn)物流管理在信息獲取、網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳輸、數(shù)據(jù)處理等多方面因素,采用基于物聯(lián)網(wǎng)的智慧物流體系將會(huì)對鐵路檢修生產(chǎn)效率的提升具有重要作用。文章對鐵路檢修生產(chǎn)物流管理的研究背景與意義進(jìn)行了闡述,參考國內(nèi)外文獻(xiàn)對智慧物流的相關(guān)研究進(jìn)行了綜述;對物聯(lián)網(wǎng)、智慧物流和鐵路檢修生產(chǎn)的概念及應(yīng)用分別進(jìn)行了介紹;分析了鐵路檢修生產(chǎn)物流管理的實(shí)際需求,詳細(xì)論述了系統(tǒng)關(guān)鍵技術(shù)的應(yīng)用過程及改進(jìn)措施,對系統(tǒng)所采用的軟硬件進(jìn)行構(gòu)造;最后展示系統(tǒng)主要功能的實(shí)現(xiàn)過程與應(yīng)用成效,總結(jié)研究工作,提出不足之處并對未來提出展望。本文以鐵路檢修生產(chǎn)過程中的物流管理問題為背景,依托動(dòng)車組管理信息系統(tǒng)平臺(tái),針對鐵路站段車間檢修生產(chǎn)相關(guān)的物資、倉庫及作業(yè)人員,建立了一個(gè)面向鐵路檢修生產(chǎn)的智慧物流體系,通過應(yīng)用RFID和二維碼等物聯(lián)網(wǎng)技術(shù)進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)采集,輔助以視頻及音頻進(jìn)行信息展示,結(jié)合從入庫倉儲(chǔ)到配送追蹤的整個(gè)物流過程,在Windows及Android客戶端分別實(shí)現(xiàn)了鐵路智慧檢修生產(chǎn)物流管理系統(tǒng),實(shí)現(xiàn)了鐵路檢修生產(chǎn)物流管理的信息化、數(shù)字化,以及對重要配件和檢修工具的全生命周期管理,有效地提升了檢修生產(chǎn)物流周轉(zhuǎn)速度,降低了相關(guān)作業(yè)人員工作強(qiáng)度,保障了鐵路檢修生產(chǎn)作業(yè)的時(shí)效性;同時(shí)實(shí)現(xiàn)了與多個(gè)既有鐵路信息化系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)交互,達(dá)到了物資基本信息與倉儲(chǔ)信息的實(shí)時(shí)共享,系統(tǒng)間的業(yè)務(wù)對接對鐵路站段車間的消耗統(tǒng)計(jì)、財(cái)務(wù)核算與計(jì)劃編制也起到了一定的指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of railway industry in China, the maintenance and production of railway rolling stock, track line and its auxiliary equipment is becoming more and more important to ensure the safe and efficient transportation of railway. The goods needed for railway overhaul production are of wide variety, large quantity and high value. The business process of maintenance production logistics is complex in storage, distribution and turnover. To undertake the task of railway maintenance and production, especially to overhaul the locomotive and rolling stock, it is urgent for the railway base station and section workshop to adapt to the field logistics management mode. Considering many factors of maintenance production logistics management, such as information acquisition, network transmission, data processing and so on, adopting intelligent logistics system based on the Internet of things will play an important role in improving the efficiency of railway overhaul production. This paper expounds the research background and significance of railway overhaul production logistics management, summarizes the relevant research on intelligent logistics with reference to domestic and foreign literature, and discusses the Internet of things, the Internet of things and the Internet of things. The concepts and applications of intelligent logistics and railway maintenance production are introduced respectively, the actual demand of railway maintenance production logistics management is analyzed, and the application process and improvement measures of the key technologies of the system are discussed in detail. The software and hardware used in the system are constructed. Finally, the realization process and application effect of the main functions of the system are shown, the research work is summarized, the deficiencies are put forward and the prospect for the future is put forward. Based on the logistics management problems in the process of railway maintenance and production, this paper relies on the platform of EMU management information system, aiming at the related materials, warehouses and operators in the workshop of railway station and depot. A intelligent logistics system for railway inspection and repair production is established. By using RFID and other Internet of things technologies to collect data, video and audio are used to display information. Combined with the whole logistics process from warehousing to distribution tracking, the intelligent maintenance and production logistics management system of railway is realized in Windows and Android client, and the informationization and digitization of railway maintenance production logistics management are realized. And the whole life cycle management of important parts and maintenance tools can effectively improve the turnover speed of maintenance production logistics, reduce the working intensity of related operators, and ensure the timeliness of railway maintenance production operations. At the same time, it realizes the data interaction with many existing railway information systems, achieves the real-time sharing of the basic material information and the storage information, and the consumption statistics of the railway station workshop caused by the business docking between the systems. Financial accounting and planning also played a certain guiding significance.
