“新零售”的含義、模式及發(fā)展路徑

【摘要】:"新零售"是應(yīng)用互聯(lián)網(wǎng)新技術(shù)、新思維,對傳統(tǒng)零售方式加以改良和創(chuàng)新,將產(chǎn)品或服務(wù)出售給最終消費者的所有活動,它不僅僅是線上線下聯(lián)動和物流的簡單融合,同時還融入云計算、大數(shù)據(jù)等創(chuàng)新技術(shù),包括全渠道但又超越全渠道,打破了過去所有的邊界,以一種全新的面貌與消費者接觸,使消費者隨時都可以在最短時間內(nèi)買到自己所需要的商品。"新零售"的核心是提升用戶體驗,主要模式有三種:一是線上線下與物流結(jié)合的同時,實現(xiàn)商品與物流渠道整合;二是提供更廣范圍內(nèi)的體驗式消費服務(wù),實現(xiàn)消費場景化;三是營造包括零售企業(yè)內(nèi)部員工及上下游合作伙伴的"新零售"平臺,即打造全渠道產(chǎn)業(yè)生態(tài)鏈。"新零售"只有在與新制造、新金融、新技術(shù)和新資源等相結(jié)合,才能實現(xiàn)良性發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:"New Retail" is all activity that applies new Internet technologies, new ideas, improves and innovates traditional retailing, sells products or services to the end consumer, and it's not just a simple fusion of online and offline linkage and logistics. At the same time, innovative technologies such as cloud computing, big data, and so on, including all channels but beyond all channels, have broken all the boundaries of the past and have been able to reach out to consumers in a completely new way. So that consumers can at any time in the shortest possible time to buy the goods they need. " The core of New Retail is to enhance the user experience. There are three main modes: one is to realize the integration of goods and logistics channels while the other is to provide a wider range of experiential consumption services to realize the consumption scene. The third is to create a "new retail" platform that includes retail employees and upstream and downstream partners, that is, create a full channel industry ecological chain. " Only in combination with new manufacturing, new finance, new technology and new resources can new retailing achieve sound development.
