【摘要】:HD物流公司作為國(guó)內(nèi)一家中小型企業(yè),在日趨發(fā)達(dá)的物流行業(yè)中,所面臨的壓力和挑戰(zhàn)也與日俱增。面對(duì)日新月異的物流市場(chǎng),HD物流公司瞄準(zhǔn)了物流零擔(dān)市場(chǎng)作為新的發(fā)展方向,但在市場(chǎng)策略方面出現(xiàn)了一些問(wèn)題有待優(yōu)化。本文以實(shí)際應(yīng)用為出發(fā)點(diǎn),運(yùn)用理論知識(shí)結(jié)合實(shí)際數(shù)據(jù)的方式,對(duì)HD物流公司在市場(chǎng)策略優(yōu)化方面的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行研究,在研究過(guò)程中按照問(wèn)題的提出、分析以及解決的思路來(lái)進(jìn)行。首先詳細(xì)的闡述了物流市場(chǎng)策略研究中相關(guān)理論文獻(xiàn)以及目前物流市場(chǎng)中已經(jīng)應(yīng)用的研究,然后對(duì)公司所要面對(duì)的內(nèi)外部環(huán)境以及主要競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手進(jìn)行剖析,隨后對(duì)HD物流公司在市場(chǎng)策略實(shí)施的過(guò)程的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了描述,同時(shí)分析出其存在哪里需要優(yōu)化的問(wèn)題,最后,結(jié)合HD物流公司目前現(xiàn)狀,從而在市場(chǎng)策略方面給HD物流公司提出了相應(yīng)的優(yōu)化方案以及實(shí)施過(guò)程中的保障措施,以期待能夠?qū)τ贖D物流公司目前市場(chǎng)策略所存在問(wèn)題的解決能夠起到很好的幫助,同時(shí)也能夠幫助市場(chǎng)策略提高實(shí)施的可行性和有效性,從而最終幫助HD物流公司提高在市場(chǎng)上的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。HD物流公司作為眾多國(guó)內(nèi)中小型企業(yè)的一員,其以企業(yè)物流的原型向零擔(dān)物流進(jìn)行拓展,HD物流公司在零擔(dān)物流市場(chǎng)中策略實(shí)施中的問(wèn)題,能夠代表了眾多步入零擔(dān)物流市場(chǎng)的企業(yè)所存在的問(wèn)題。通過(guò)本文對(duì)于HD物流公司策略實(shí)施中所存在問(wèn)題的研究,以及提出的相應(yīng)的優(yōu)化方案,對(duì)于同樣在此方面存在問(wèn)題的企業(yè)有著一定的指導(dǎo)作用,進(jìn)而也提升了本文研究的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)在于通過(guò)系統(tǒng)的研究HD物流公司向零擔(dān)物流市場(chǎng)進(jìn)入過(guò)程中所采取的策略,分析其存在的問(wèn)題,進(jìn)而結(jié)合國(guó)內(nèi)外已有的成功案例,提出優(yōu)化方案以及實(shí)施的措施。
[Abstract]:As a small and medium enterprise in China, HD Logistics Company is facing increasing pressure and challenge in the increasingly developed logistics industry. Facing the rapidly changing logistics market, HD logistics company aims at the logistics spare load market as a new direction of development, but there are some problems in the market strategy to be optimized. Based on the practical application, this paper studies the optimization of market strategy of HD logistics company by using theoretical knowledge combined with practical data, and puts forward the problem in the course of the research. Analysis and solution of ideas to proceed. First of all, it elaborates the relevant theoretical documents in the logistics market strategy research and the research that has been applied in the current logistics market, and then analyzes the internal and external environment and the main competitors that the company has to face. Then it describes the current situation of the implementation of HD logistics company's marketing strategy, and analyzes the problems where it needs to be optimized. Finally, combined with the current situation of HD logistics company, In order to solve the problems existing in the current market strategy of HD logistics company, the paper puts forward the corresponding optimization scheme and the safeguard measures in the process of implementation in order to help the HD logistics company to solve the problems existing in the current market strategy. At the same time, it can also help the market strategy to improve the feasibility and effectiveness of implementation, thus ultimately helping HD logistics companies to improve their competitiveness in the market. HD logistics companies as a member of many domestic small and medium-sized enterprises. Based on the prototype of enterprise logistics, the development of HD logistics company in the implementation of strategy in the logistics market can represent the problems of many enterprises entering the logistics market. Through the study of the problems existing in the implementation of the strategy of HD logistics company and the corresponding optimization scheme proposed in this paper, it has a certain guiding role for the enterprises that also have problems in this area. Furthermore, it also enhances the practical significance of this study. The innovation of this paper lies in the systematic study of the strategies adopted by HD logistics companies in the process of entering the part load logistics market, and the analysis of the existing problems, and then, combining with the existing successful cases at home and abroad, the optimization scheme and the implementation measures are put forward.
