商務(wù)智能在企業(yè)物流決策中的應(yīng)用研究

【摘要】:物流是社會發(fā)展的產(chǎn)物,它是包含庫存管理、現(xiàn)代運(yùn)輸、產(chǎn)品配送、客戶服務(wù)等一系列活動的服務(wù)性行業(yè)。物流的關(guān)鍵在于管理,而管理是否合理在于決策的正確性。對于物流企業(yè)而言,決策正確與否對企業(yè)今后的發(fā)展起到了決定性的作用。目前我國的大多數(shù)物流企業(yè)在運(yùn)輸調(diào)度、庫存控制等方面的決策有一定成果,但主要還是依賴于傳統(tǒng)的經(jīng)驗分析方法,因此急需科學(xué)的物流決策。 本文設(shè)計和開發(fā)了基于商務(wù)智能技術(shù)的物流決策支持系統(tǒng),以浙江中煙為例,對企業(yè)物流的需求進(jìn)行開發(fā)。主要包括運(yùn)輸調(diào)度和智能化庫存管理兩大決策模塊,一方面支持業(yè)務(wù)人員進(jìn)行業(yè)務(wù)分析,另一方面支持企業(yè)高層決策者進(jìn)行科學(xué)決策。本文主要研究工作歸納如下: 1)本文提出的物流決策系統(tǒng)是以數(shù)據(jù)倉庫為中心,將商務(wù)智能技術(shù)與物流管理系統(tǒng)相融合,支持決策者從出大量隱藏的數(shù)據(jù)中發(fā)現(xiàn)規(guī)律,從而作出決策。 2)使用ETL工具對浙江省十一個地市公司數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行抽取與整合,針對浙江省煙草的實際情況,建立省煙草公司的數(shù)據(jù)倉庫。 3)庫存決策模型的建立。該模型采用主動供貨的庫存控制策略與存銷比共同確定庫存水平,建立預(yù)警機(jī)制和風(fēng)險管理,實現(xiàn)對市場銷售動態(tài)、庫存和投放等關(guān)鍵指標(biāo)的實時監(jiān)控與自動預(yù)警,進(jìn)而確保卷煙銷量預(yù)測、庫存定位和實時投放工作的科學(xué)有序進(jìn)行,從而協(xié)助企業(yè)降低庫存管理成本,提高庫存管理水平。 4)運(yùn)輸調(diào)度決策模型建立。針對煙草物流車輛調(diào)度問題的實際情況構(gòu)建有約束條件的數(shù)學(xué)模型,并使用遺傳算法對其進(jìn)行計算。在遺傳算法中改進(jìn)染色體基因編碼,使遺傳算法能更有效地解決物流企業(yè)的配送線路問題,,從而提高配送速度、降低配送成本,增加企業(yè)的利潤。
[Abstract]:Logistics is the product of social development, it is a series of activities including inventory management, modern transportation, product distribution, customer service and so on. The key of logistics lies in the management, and whether the management is reasonable or not lies in the correctness of the decision. For logistics enterprises, decision-making plays a decisive role in the future development of enterprises. At present, most logistics enterprises in our country have some achievements in transportation scheduling, inventory control and other aspects, but mainly rely on the traditional empirical analysis method, so it is urgent to make scientific logistics decision. In this paper, a logistics decision support system based on business intelligence technology is designed and developed. Taking Zhongyan in Zhejiang province as an example, the logistics needs of enterprises are developed. It mainly includes two decision modules: transportation scheduling and intelligent inventory management. On the one hand, it supports business personnel to carry out business analysis, on the other hand, it supports high-level decision makers to make scientific decisions. The main research work of this paper is summarized as follows: 1) the logistics decision system proposed in this paper is based on data warehouse, which combines business intelligence technology with logistics management system, and supports decision-makers to discover laws from a large number of hidden data and make decisions. 2) using ETL tools to extract and integrate the data of 11 local companies in Zhejiang Province, and to establish the data warehouse of tobacco companies in Zhejiang Province. 3) Establishment of inventory decision model. In this model, the inventory control strategy of active supply and the ratio of inventory to sales are adopted to determine the inventory level together, and the early-warning mechanism and risk management are established to realize the real-time monitoring and automatic warning of the key indicators such as market dynamics, inventory and delivery. Thus, the prediction of cigarette sales volume, inventory positioning and real-time operation are carried out in a scientific and orderly manner, thus helping enterprises to reduce the cost of inventory management and improve the level of inventory management. 4) the decision model of transportation scheduling is established. According to the actual situation of tobacco logistics vehicle scheduling problem, a constrained mathematical model is constructed, and the genetic algorithm is used to calculate it. In order to solve the problem of distribution route more effectively, genetic algorithm can improve the genetic algorithm, which can improve the distribution speed, reduce the distribution cost and increase the profit of the enterprise.
