【摘要】：隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)全球化、區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)一體化進(jìn)程的加快,我國(guó)現(xiàn)代物流業(yè)的發(fā)展呈現(xiàn)出新的態(tài)勢(shì)。目前,區(qū)域鋼材消費(fèi)日益旺盛,市場(chǎng)需求快速增長(zhǎng)。然而,國(guó)內(nèi)各大型鋼鐵企業(yè)還沒(méi)有一家在哈爾濱乃至黑龍江設(shè)立鋼材流通加工與配送中心,且哈爾濱既有鋼材市場(chǎng)流通加工能力有限、產(chǎn)品單一,不具有為高端客戶提供鋼材流通加工與配送服務(wù)的能力。此時(shí)建設(shè)HC鋼材物流基地,開展鋼材流通加工配送和電子商務(wù)業(yè)務(wù),是快速搶占哈爾濱鋼材物流市場(chǎng),特別是高端市場(chǎng)的迫切需要。由于鋼材物流基地建設(shè)項(xiàng)目投資具有金額大、風(fēng)險(xiǎn)高等特點(diǎn),因而在投資之前進(jìn)行項(xiàng)目的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益評(píng)價(jià)與分析對(duì)降低投資風(fēng)險(xiǎn)具有重要的意義。本論文對(duì)HC鋼材物流基地建設(shè)投資項(xiàng)目的論文寫作背景、研究目的及寫作意義進(jìn)行了闡述。對(duì)HC鋼材物流基地建設(shè)投資項(xiàng)目建設(shè)單位基本情況、建設(shè)內(nèi)容、項(xiàng)目建設(shè)的需求分析、組織結(jié)構(gòu)和市場(chǎng)分析等方面做了介紹,為經(jīng)濟(jì)效益評(píng)價(jià)提供真實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)信息;本文對(duì)該項(xiàng)目的投資回收期、內(nèi)部收益率和財(cái)務(wù)凈現(xiàn)值進(jìn)行了預(yù)測(cè);運(yùn)用經(jīng)濟(jì)效益評(píng)價(jià)的相關(guān)理論對(duì)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行了盈虧平衡分析、財(cái)務(wù)評(píng)價(jià)、敏感性分析;為防止項(xiàng)目失去控制深入分析了該項(xiàng)目存在的風(fēng)險(xiǎn),并結(jié)合項(xiàng)目的實(shí)際研究相應(yīng)有效的控制措施;建成本項(xiàng)目可以從環(huán)境保護(hù)效益、就業(yè)效益、區(qū)域經(jīng)濟(jì)效益等方面為公司帶來(lái)眾多的社會(huì)效益;結(jié)合HC鋼材物流基地建設(shè)投資項(xiàng)目的特點(diǎn),構(gòu)建了 HC鋼材物流基地建設(shè)投資項(xiàng)目的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,對(duì)該項(xiàng)目的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益進(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)和分析,給出了相應(yīng)投資決策意見,評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果顯示本文提出的經(jīng)濟(jì)性評(píng)價(jià)方法具有較好的經(jīng)濟(jì)性,是切實(shí)可行的。
[Abstract]:With the development of economic globalization and regional economic integration, the development of modern logistics industry in China presents a new trend. At present, regional steel consumption is increasingly strong, rapid growth in market demand. However, none of the large domestic iron and steel enterprises have set up a steel circulation processing and distribution center in Harbin or even Heilongjiang, and Harbin has a limited circulation and processing capacity in the steel market and a single product. Do not have the ability to provide high-end customers with steel circulation processing and distribution services. At this time the construction of HC steel logistics base, steel circulation, processing, distribution and e-commerce business, is the urgent need to seize the Harbin steel logistics market, especially the high-end market. Because the investment of the steel logistics base construction project has the characteristics of large amount of money and high risk, it is of great significance to evaluate and analyze the economic benefits of the project before the investment. This paper describes the background, purpose and significance of the investment project of HC steel logistics base. This paper introduces the basic situation, construction content, demand analysis, organization structure and market analysis of the construction investment project of HC steel logistics base in order to provide real basic information for economic benefit evaluation. This paper predicts the investment payback period, the internal rate of return and the financial net present value of the project, analyzes the break-even, the financial evaluation and the sensitivity of the project by using the relevant theory of economic benefit evaluation. In order to prevent the project from losing control, the risk of the project is deeply analyzed, and the corresponding effective control measures are studied in combination with the actual situation of the project, and the benefits of environmental protection and employment can be obtained from the completion of the project. According to the characteristics of HC steel logistics base construction investment project, the evaluation index system of HC steel logistics base construction investment project is established. The economic benefits of the project are evaluated and analyzed, and the corresponding investment decision opinions are given. The evaluation results show that the economic evaluation method proposed in this paper has good economy and is feasible.
