【摘要】：構(gòu)建完整的統(tǒng)籌城鄉(xiāng)商貿(mào)流通體系,有利于保證城鄉(xiāng)之間的商貿(mào)活動(dòng)能夠有效流通和發(fā)展,為城鄉(xiāng)統(tǒng)籌發(fā)展奠定堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)。中國(guó)統(tǒng)籌城鄉(xiāng)商貿(mào)流通體系面臨著城鄉(xiāng)分割發(fā)展的二元經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)制約、城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展?fàn)顟B(tài)滯后導(dǎo)致的阻礙、現(xiàn)代物流體系及連鎖性經(jīng)營(yíng)建設(shè)力度不夠造成的約束等問題。應(yīng)大力推進(jìn)城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè),為建立健全統(tǒng)籌城鄉(xiāng)商貿(mào)流通體系創(chuàng)造有利條件;給予城鄉(xiāng)商貿(mào)流通主體相應(yīng)的鼓勵(lì)與支持;大力發(fā)展商貿(mào)流通連鎖經(jīng)營(yíng),創(chuàng)建與城鄉(xiāng)商貿(mào)流通相適應(yīng)的物流系統(tǒng);加大統(tǒng)籌城鄉(xiāng)商貿(mào)流通體系的制度支持,拓寬商貿(mào)流通企業(yè)融資渠道。
[Abstract]:The construction of a complete system of urban and rural commercial circulation is conducive to ensuring the effective circulation and development of commercial activities between urban and rural areas and laying a solid foundation for the overall development of urban and rural areas. China's overall urban-rural commercial circulation system is faced with the constraints of dual economic structure of urban-rural division and development, the obstacles caused by the lagging development of urbanization, the constraints caused by the insufficient intensity of modern logistics system and chain management construction, and so on. We should vigorously promote the construction of urbanization, create favorable conditions for the establishment and improvement of the overall urban-rural trade and trade circulation system, give corresponding encouragement and support to the main bodies of urban and rural trade and trade circulation, and vigorously develop the commercial and commercial circulation chain operations, To establish a logistics system suitable for urban and rural commercial circulation, to increase the institutional support of urban and rural commercial circulation system, and to broaden the financing channels of commercial and commercial circulation enterprises.
