面向港口船舶管理業(yè)務(wù)的可定制SaaS服務(wù)研究

【摘要】:信息化技術(shù)作為提高港口生產(chǎn)力的重要手段,已被應(yīng)用到港口生產(chǎn)的各個環(huán)節(jié),從港口企業(yè)內(nèi)部的生產(chǎn)調(diào)度、碼頭操作、業(yè)務(wù)管理,到外部物流平臺、口岸建設(shè)等各個方面。提高碼頭船舶作業(yè)效率是提高港口企業(yè)生產(chǎn)力的關(guān)鍵。信息化建設(shè)已經(jīng)成為現(xiàn)代化港口的核心要求。政府部門如海關(guān)、港務(wù)局等對港口的監(jiān)管也使得提高信息化建設(shè)越來越迫切。隨著企業(yè)信息化意識的逐漸增強,信息系統(tǒng)建設(shè)逐步完善,信息化不僅要考慮目標(biāo),更要考慮到實施過程中的困難和對企業(yè)相關(guān)資源的占用情況,要考慮企業(yè)的承受能力及成本,而且要滿足企業(yè)當(dāng)前和未來發(fā)展需求。 云計算作為新興的信息化手段,以云計算為技術(shù)支持的SaaS服務(wù)具有動態(tài)可擴展、按需部署、高靈活性、高性價比等優(yōu)點。本文旨在通過SaaS云和可定制思想,降低中小企業(yè)信息化門檻、提高港口行業(yè)信息化水平,達(dá)到促進(jìn)協(xié)同辦公的目的。 本文研究期間,充分了解廣州港集團(tuán)船舶管理業(yè)務(wù)現(xiàn)狀,并且對廣州港集團(tuán)各子公司的船舶管理業(yè)務(wù)流程進(jìn)行了深入的調(diào)查研究,同時也對廣州附近其他中小港口進(jìn)行調(diào)研分析,本文旨在對港口企業(yè)船舶管理業(yè)務(wù)核心流程進(jìn)行梳理,根據(jù)信息管理系統(tǒng)開發(fā)理論和SaaS云服務(wù),探索港口企業(yè)信息化的未來發(fā)展道路,提升港口企業(yè)的工作效率和核心競爭力。 本文將重點從三個方面進(jìn)行研究:第一,提出港口船舶管理業(yè)務(wù)規(guī)范通用流程。對整個船舶管理流程進(jìn)行現(xiàn)狀分析,提出一套規(guī)范的船舶作業(yè)核心流程,為服務(wù)設(shè)計奠定基礎(chǔ)。同時企業(yè)或部門可通過個性化需求設(shè)計來定制自身業(yè)務(wù),達(dá)到信息高度共享和資源充分利用的目的。第二,提出基于SaaS服務(wù)的港口船舶管理系統(tǒng)的整體架構(gòu)設(shè)計。結(jié)合云計算技術(shù)和港口IT環(huán)境特性提出港口船舶管理系統(tǒng)整體架構(gòu),從基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施層、平臺層、服務(wù)層對系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行詳細(xì)設(shè)計。在此基礎(chǔ)上詳細(xì)描述了基于SaaS服務(wù)的船舶管理系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)庫設(shè)計和功能模塊設(shè)計,同時提出了用戶權(quán)限安全方案。第三,根據(jù)服務(wù)建模與構(gòu)建方法對船舶管理SaaS服務(wù)進(jìn)行詳細(xì)設(shè)計。采用SOMA方法進(jìn)行服務(wù)開發(fā)建模與構(gòu)建,在服務(wù)建模完成后,對系統(tǒng)可定制實現(xiàn)方案進(jìn)行重點研究,包括元數(shù)據(jù)擴展配置方法以及基于BPEL和web服務(wù)的業(yè)務(wù)流程配置實現(xiàn)研究。
[Abstract]:As an important means to improve port productivity, information technology has been applied to all aspects of port production, from internal production scheduling, wharf operation, business management, to external logistics platform, port construction and so on. Improving the efficiency of ship operation is the key to improve the productivity of port enterprises. Information construction has become the core requirement of modern port. The supervision of ports by government departments such as customs and port authorities makes it more and more urgent to improve information construction. With the gradual enhancement of enterprise information awareness and the gradual improvement of information system construction, informatization should not only consider the goal, but also consider the difficulties in the implementation process and the occupation of related resources in the enterprise. Take into account the affordability and cost of the enterprise, and meet the current and future development needs of the enterprise. Cloud computing as a new means of information, cloud computing technology support SaaS services have dynamic scalability, on-demand deployment, high flexibility, high cost-effective and so on. The purpose of this paper is to reduce the information threshold of small and medium-sized enterprises, improve the informationization level of port industry, and achieve the purpose of promoting cooperative office through SaaS cloud and customizable idea. During the research period of this paper, we fully understand the current situation of the ship management business of Guangzhou Port Group, and conduct a thorough investigation and study on the ship management business process of the subsidiaries of Guangzhou Port Group. At the same time, it also carries on the investigation and analysis to other small and medium-sized ports near Guangzhou. The purpose of this paper is to sort out the core process of the port enterprise ship management business, and to develop the theory of information management system and SaaS cloud service. Explore the future development of port enterprise informatization, improve the work efficiency and core competitiveness of port enterprises. This paper will focus on three aspects of research: first, the general flow of port ship management business norms. The present situation of the whole ship management process is analyzed, and a set of standard ship operation core flow is put forward to lay the foundation for service design. At the same time, enterprises or departments can customize their own business through individualized demand design to achieve the purpose of highly sharing information and making full use of resources. Secondly, the overall architecture of port ship management system based on SaaS service is proposed. Combined with cloud computing technology and port IT environment characteristics, the overall architecture of port ship management system is put forward. The system is designed in detail from infrastructure layer, platform layer and service layer. On this basis, the database design and function module design of ship management system based on SaaS service are described in detail. Thirdly, according to the service modeling and construction method, the ship management SaaS service is designed in detail. After the service modeling is completed, the system customizable implementation scheme is mainly studied, including metadata extension configuration method and business process configuration implementation based on BPEL and web services.
