【摘要】：“十二五”期間,保障我國糧食安全的重要措施就是建立并完善糧食宏觀調(diào)控體系、糧食儲運(yùn)體系和糧食質(zhì)量檢驗監(jiān)測體系。北大荒糧食集團(tuán)是黑龍江墾區(qū)400億斤糧食購銷的主渠道,是保障國家糧食安全的重要力量。研究北大荒糧食集團(tuán)在糧食倉儲與運(yùn)輸中存在的問題可為北大荒糧食集團(tuán)完善倉儲與運(yùn)輸管理提供參考建議。依據(jù)北大荒糧食集團(tuán)年度糧食儲運(yùn)匯總表(2010-2013年度)中集團(tuán)本部與子公司糧食倉儲數(shù)據(jù)以及集團(tuán)糧食集港運(yùn)輸數(shù)據(jù),利用圖表法和對比分析法對集團(tuán)糧食的儲運(yùn)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了分析。研究結(jié)果表明在研究年限內(nèi):集團(tuán)子公司2011年糧食的倉儲量最大;在集團(tuán)所有子公司中,黑龍江農(nóng)墾建三江糧庫的糧食倉儲量最大;集團(tuán)所有子公司與集團(tuán)本部倉儲的糧食種類主要是玉米與稻谷,大豆、高粱等倉儲量較少;2012年運(yùn)輸?shù)募Z食總量最大,且運(yùn)輸量最大的港口是丹東港,物流排車逐數(shù)年增加。主要研究結(jié)論是:集團(tuán)子公司與集團(tuán)總部糧食儲運(yùn)的儲糧種類少、倉儲總量波動大、子公司之間糧食倉儲數(shù)量不平衡;集團(tuán)糧食的運(yùn)輸形式主要有散糧和包糧兩種、物流排車數(shù)逐年增加,各港口運(yùn)輸量差異大。關(guān)于解決北大荒糧食集團(tuán)儲運(yùn)問題的建議主要有兩方面,一是從更新糧食倉儲設(shè)施、擴(kuò)大子公司糧食倉儲數(shù)量與豐富糧食種類方面完善糧食的倉儲管理;二是從豐富糧食運(yùn)輸形式、擴(kuò)大港口經(jīng)營范圍與擴(kuò)展糧食物流渠道方面完善集團(tuán)糧食運(yùn)輸管理。
[Abstract]:During the 12th Five-Year Plan period, the important measures to ensure the food security in China are to establish and perfect the grain macro-control system, the grain storage and transportation system and the grain quality inspection and monitoring system. The Beidahuang Grain Group is the main channel for the purchase and sale of 40 billion catties of grain in Heilongjiang Reclamation area and an important force for ensuring national food security. The research on the problems of grain storage and transportation in Beidahuang grain group can provide reference suggestions for the improvement of storage and transportation management in Beidahuang grain group. According to the data of grain storage and transportation in the group headquarters and its subsidiaries, and the transportation data of grain gathering port, the paper analyzes the current situation of grain storage and transportation in the group by using chart method and comparative analysis method, according to the annual grain storage and transportation summary table of Beidahuang Grain Group (2010-2013). The results show that in the years of study, the grain storage amount of the subsidiary company in 2011 is the largest, and the grain storage quantity of the grain depot in Heilongjiang province is the largest among all the subsidiaries of the group. The grain types stored in all subsidiaries and headquarters of the group are mainly corn and rice, soybeans, sorghum, etc. In 2012, the total amount of grain transported is the largest, and the port with the largest volume of transportation is Dandong Port. The main research conclusions are as follows: the grain storage and transportation of the subsidiary company and the headquarters of the group are few, the total storage amount fluctuates greatly, the grain storage quantity of the subsidiary company is unbalanced, the transportation mode of the group grain mainly includes bulk grain and wrapped grain. The number of logistics vehicles increased year by year, the port traffic volume varies greatly. There are two main suggestions to solve the problem of storage and transportation of Beidahuang grain group. One is to improve the grain storage management from the aspects of renewing grain storage facilities, expanding the number of grain storage in subsidiary companies and enriching grain types; Second, improve the group grain transportation management from the aspects of enriching grain transportation form, expanding the scope of port operation and expanding grain logistics channels.
