【摘要】：目前我國物流業(yè)發(fā)展迅猛,物流成本在經(jīng)濟(jì)總量中占有越來越重要的份額。根據(jù)中國物流與采購聯(lián)合會的統(tǒng)計,2016年我國社會物流總費(fèi)用11萬億元,占GDP的14.9%,仍遠(yuǎn)高于發(fā)達(dá)國家的9%左右的水平。物流運(yùn)輸高成本、低效率是我國物流系統(tǒng)最大的問題。隨著“十三五”規(guī)劃的實(shí)施,物流業(yè)也迎來了轉(zhuǎn)型升級的關(guān)鍵時期,物流業(yè)如何降本增效顯得尤為重要。托盤作為物流作業(yè)的單元化設(shè)施,其循環(huán)共用既是發(fā)達(dá)國家的普遍發(fā)展趨勢,也是解決當(dāng)前中國物流效率低、物流成本高最可行、最有效的突破口。因此,應(yīng)大力推進(jìn)托盤標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化水平的提高,推廣托盤循環(huán)共用的發(fā)展方式。本文對國內(nèi)外托盤循環(huán)共用運(yùn)營模式的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,以蓋世物流園區(qū)為研究對象,在調(diào)查園區(qū)托盤使用情況的基礎(chǔ)上設(shè)計了蓋世物流園區(qū)托盤循環(huán)共用運(yùn)營模式。將園區(qū)的托盤租賃模式分為直接租賃模式、多落點(diǎn)模式和提前預(yù)租模式,并對托盤營運(yùn)網(wǎng)點(diǎn)和運(yùn)營中心建立庫存控制模型。最后,從園區(qū)、企業(yè)、社會的角度對所設(shè)計的托盤循環(huán)共用運(yùn)營模式進(jìn)行評價,并且從人才、制度、資金等方面提出了保障措施。希望本文能為托盤循環(huán)共用運(yùn)營模式研究提供具有借鑒意義和參考價值的研究思路。
[Abstract]:At present, the logistics industry in China is developing rapidly, and logistics cost is more and more important in the total economic volume. According to the statistics of China Federation of Logistics and Purchasing, the total cost of social logistics in China in 2016 is 11 trillion yuan, accounting for 14.9% of GDP, which is still far higher than the level of about 9% in developed countries. Logistics transportation with high cost and low efficiency is the biggest problem in China's logistics system. With the implementation of the 13th Five-Year Plan, the logistics industry has also ushered in the key period of transformation and upgrading. As a unit facility of logistics operation, pallet circulation sharing is not only the general development trend of developed countries, but also the most feasible and effective breakthrough to solve the problem of low logistics efficiency, high logistics cost and high logistics cost in China. Therefore, it is necessary to improve the level of pallet standardization and promote the development of pallet circulation sharing. In this paper, the development status of pallet circulation operation mode at home and abroad is analyzed, and the pallet circulation operation mode of Geshi logistics park is designed on the basis of investigating the use of pallet in the park. The pallet rental model of the park is divided into direct lease mode, multi-landing point mode and pre-lease mode, and the inventory control model is established for pallet operating network and operation center. Finally, from the view of park, enterprise and society, the paper evaluates the operation mode of pallet circulation sharing, and puts forward the safeguard measures from the aspects of talent, institution, fund and so on. It is hoped that this paper can provide reference and reference ideas for the research of pallet circulation operation mode.
