第三代干氣制乙苯裝置全流程模擬與優(yōu)化

【摘要】:催化裂化干氣制乙苯第三代技術(shù)是由中科院大連物化所、撫順石化分公司和中國(guó)寰球工程公司遼寧分公司共同開(kāi)發(fā)的。第三代技術(shù)采用氣相烴化反應(yīng)與液相反烴化反應(yīng),分別在兩個(gè)反應(yīng)器內(nèi)進(jìn)行,器內(nèi)填充分子篩催化劑,該技術(shù)路線在干氣制乙苯方面具有獨(dú)特優(yōu)勢(shì)。本文對(duì)催化裂化干氣制乙苯的一至五代技術(shù)做出了一定的介紹與對(duì)比。針對(duì)第三代干氣制乙苯技術(shù)使用流程模擬軟件PRO/II進(jìn)行了全裝置的流程模擬計(jì)算與動(dòng)力模型分析,并在此基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)流程的分離指標(biāo)和能耗進(jìn)行了優(yōu)化與對(duì)比。PRO/II流程模擬所采用的數(shù)據(jù)為某化工廠的實(shí)際運(yùn)行數(shù)據(jù),選用軟件內(nèi)部嵌套的Soave-Redich-Kwong物性方程,該方法能夠準(zhǔn)確的計(jì)算汽液平衡與物料性質(zhì),通過(guò)選定適當(dāng)?shù)乃毫盐锪、收斂方法及設(shè)備計(jì)算順序能使流程快速收斂。將全裝置流程模擬數(shù)據(jù)與實(shí)際數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行對(duì)比,結(jié)果較為吻合。
[Abstract]:The third generation technology for producing ethylbenzene from FCC dry gas was developed by Dalian Institute of Physicochemistry of Chinese Academy of Sciences, Fushun Petrochemical Branch and Liaoning Branch of China Global Engineering Company. The third generation technology adopts the gas phase reaction and the liquid opposite hydrocarbon reaction, carries on in two reactors separately, fills the molecular sieve catalyst in the reactor, this technical route has the unique superiority in the dry gas to produce the ethylbenzene. The first to fifth generation technology of producing ethylbenzene from FCC dry gas is introduced and compared in this paper. The process simulation calculation and dynamic model analysis of the third generation dry gas ethylbenzene production process were carried out by using the process simulation software PRO/II. On this basis, the separation index and energy consumption of the process are optimized and compared. The data used in the process simulation are the actual operation data of a chemical plant, and the Soave-Redich-Kwong physical property equation nested within the software is selected. This method can accurately calculate the vapor-liquid equilibrium and material properties. By selecting appropriate tearing logistics, the convergence method and the equipment calculation sequence can make the process converge quickly. The simulation data are compared with the actual data, and the results are in good agreement.
