【摘要】:農(nóng)產(chǎn)品銷售作為農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)中的一個(gè)重要環(huán)節(jié),直接關(guān)系到農(nóng)民實(shí)際收入。隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)的高速發(fā)展,傳統(tǒng)的農(nóng)產(chǎn)品銷售模式已經(jīng)不能滿足現(xiàn)代市場(chǎng)的要求。在當(dāng)今的移動(dòng)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)時(shí)代,“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+農(nóng)業(yè)”以顛覆傳統(tǒng)的方式出現(xiàn)在人們的視野中,而采用電子商務(wù)的農(nóng)產(chǎn)品交易方式正是“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+”的一種形式,農(nóng)產(chǎn)品電子商務(wù)是通過現(xiàn)代化的信息技術(shù)手段對(duì)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行生產(chǎn)銷售,其目的是最大限度降低農(nóng)產(chǎn)品銷售成本,拓寬銷售市場(chǎng),為農(nóng)產(chǎn)品銷售過程中可能面臨的信息不對(duì)稱和物流環(huán)節(jié)的不通暢提供一個(gè)解決方法。本文選取湖南省寧鄉(xiāng)縣為研究對(duì)象,對(duì)寧鄉(xiāng)縣的“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+農(nóng)產(chǎn)品”的發(fā)展情況進(jìn)行了研究。首先對(duì)“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+農(nóng)產(chǎn)品”的相關(guān)理論知識(shí)進(jìn)行了說明,包括“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+農(nóng)產(chǎn)品”中的電子商務(wù)的交易成本、規(guī)模經(jīng)濟(jì)、供應(yīng)鏈等相關(guān)理論。從寧鄉(xiāng)縣“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+農(nóng)產(chǎn)品”發(fā)展的實(shí)際情況出發(fā),分析了寧鄉(xiāng)縣農(nóng)產(chǎn)品電子商務(wù)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀、存在的問題和面臨的機(jī)遇。然后對(duì)寧鄉(xiāng)縣農(nóng)產(chǎn)品電子商務(wù)的安全問題進(jìn)行了研究,包括農(nóng)產(chǎn)品本身的食品安全和網(wǎng)絡(luò)銷售平臺(tái)的安全性,提出了可以通過構(gòu)建農(nóng)產(chǎn)品追溯系統(tǒng)來嚴(yán)把農(nóng)產(chǎn)品的質(zhì)量關(guān)。最后,通過調(diào)研分析,對(duì)寧鄉(xiāng)縣農(nóng)產(chǎn)品電子商務(wù)的發(fā)展提出了若干的建議,旨在推動(dòng)寧鄉(xiāng)基于“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+農(nóng)產(chǎn)品”的深度融合和發(fā)展,促進(jìn)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品的流通,增加農(nóng)民朋友的收入,加快縣域農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Agricultural products sales as an important link in agricultural production, directly related to the actual income of farmers. With the rapid development of economy and society, the traditional marketing mode of agricultural products can not meet the requirements of the modern market. In the era of mobile Internet, "Internet agriculture" appears in people's view in a way that subverts the traditional way, and the way of agricultural products trading with electronic commerce is just a form of "Internet". E-commerce of agricultural products is the production and marketing of agricultural products through modern information technology means, the purpose of which is to minimize the cost of selling agricultural products and broaden the marketing market. It provides a solution for the information asymmetry and the flow of goods in the process of agricultural product sale. This paper chooses Ningxiang County of Hunan Province as the research object and studies the development of "Internet agricultural products" in Ningxiang County. First of all, it explains the related theory of "Internet agricultural products", including the transaction cost, scale economy, supply chain and so on of electronic commerce in "Internet agricultural products". Starting from the actual situation of the development of "Internet agricultural products" in Ningxiang County, this paper analyzes the present situation, existing problems and opportunities of e-commerce development of agricultural products in Ningxiang County. Then the paper studies the security of agricultural products electronic commerce in Ningxiang County, including the food safety of agricultural products and the security of network marketing platform, and puts forward that the quality of agricultural products can be strictly controlled by constructing the agricultural product traceability system. Finally, through investigation and analysis, this paper puts forward some suggestions on the development of agricultural e-commerce in Ningxiang County, aiming at promoting the deep integration and development of agricultural products based on Internet in Ningxiang County, and promoting the circulation of agricultural products. Increase the income of farmers' friends and accelerate the development of county rural economy.
