【摘要】：在闡述鐵路物流配送服務(wù)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上,對鐵路物流配送的自建模式、固定合作模式、動(dòng)態(tài)合作模式3種主要模式的優(yōu)缺點(diǎn)進(jìn)行比較分析。借鑒國內(nèi)外物流企業(yè)技術(shù)和經(jīng)營模式創(chuàng)新經(jīng)驗(yàn),結(jié)合鐵路物流配送的特點(diǎn),提出通過建立基于移動(dòng)互聯(lián)的信息平臺整合社會(huì)汽車運(yùn)輸資源,提高物流配送服務(wù)能力和水平的發(fā)展思路,從業(yè)務(wù)流程、系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)和配套措施3個(gè)方面構(gòu)建基于移動(dòng)互聯(lián)的鐵路物流配送服務(wù)新模式。
[Abstract]:On the basis of expounding the present situation of railway logistics distribution service, the advantages and disadvantages of three main modes of railway logistics distribution, namely self-building mode, fixed cooperation mode and dynamic cooperation mode, are compared and analyzed. Based on the innovation experience of logistics enterprises at home and abroad, combined with the characteristics of railway logistics distribution, this paper puts forward the integration of social automobile transportation resources through the establishment of information platform based on mobile interconnection. In order to improve the ability and level of logistics distribution service, a new model of railway logistics distribution service based on mobile interconnection is constructed from three aspects: business process, system design and supporting measures.
