家裝家裝公司電子家裝用戶關(guān)系管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:家裝用戶關(guān)系管理是基于家裝用戶為主要核心,通過(guò)為家裝用戶提供優(yōu)質(zhì)、滿意的服務(wù),以此來(lái),滿足家裝用戶的需求,從而達(dá)到提高家裝用戶滿意度的目的。尤其是人民生活水平提供競(jìng)爭(zhēng)日益激烈的市場(chǎng),特別是對(duì)家裝業(yè)務(wù),主要現(xiàn)代市場(chǎng)營(yíng)銷為重的家裝公司;擴(kuò)大家裝用戶,家裝用戶關(guān)系管理更為重要。基于此,本文通過(guò)對(duì)家裝公司電子家裝用戶管理系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)與開(kāi)發(fā),打破舊傳統(tǒng),將現(xiàn)代管理工具引入現(xiàn)代社會(huì)中,這人民剛性需求很大,但依然是小作坊式的運(yùn)營(yíng)模式的行業(yè)。從而促進(jìn)家裝公司,尤其是本家族家裝公司,更好的通過(guò)電子家裝用戶管理系統(tǒng)對(duì)家裝用戶關(guān)系進(jìn)行管理,提高家裝用戶對(duì)線下運(yùn)營(yíng)單位的滿意度,從而提高線下運(yùn)營(yíng)單位的盈利能力,保障股東,投資者的利益。基于小型家裝線下運(yùn)營(yíng)單位的特點(diǎn),通過(guò)將理論研究與系統(tǒng)分析相結(jié)合,來(lái)設(shè)計(jì)和實(shí)現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)。本文主要采用Browser/Server三層體系結(jié)構(gòu)模型來(lái)對(duì)家裝線下運(yùn)營(yíng)單位電子家裝用戶管理系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)。家裝線下運(yùn)營(yíng)單位電子家裝用戶管理系統(tǒng)主要采用c#為系統(tǒng)開(kāi)發(fā)語(yǔ)言,采用數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)服務(wù)器為Microsoft SQL Server 2000和開(kāi)發(fā)平臺(tái)為Microsoft Visual Studio.NET2005,同時(shí),通過(guò)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)來(lái)交流ADO.NET技術(shù)。融入現(xiàn)代家裝公司管理的運(yùn)營(yíng)模塊,確定eCRM系統(tǒng)特點(diǎn)和操作序列,完成一個(gè)詳細(xì)的實(shí)用,性價(jià)比高的分支架構(gòu)的整體軟件。eCRM系統(tǒng)主要為了實(shí)現(xiàn)以下幾個(gè)功能:對(duì)家裝用戶進(jìn)行前端配置管理、對(duì)家裝用戶的需求進(jìn)行管理、如何對(duì)家裝用戶進(jìn)行所預(yù)訂產(chǎn)品,施工,物流以及深層次開(kāi)發(fā)管理、如何對(duì)提供家裝用戶的后期服務(wù)進(jìn)行管理。通過(guò)分析決策算法的研究,分析了決策能力為以下算法:影響因素評(píng)價(jià)算法性能評(píng)估算法,投訴的評(píng)估算法。通過(guò)這些算法可以更好的對(duì)集團(tuán)線下運(yùn)營(yíng)單位損失原因進(jìn)行評(píng)估與分析。系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)原則主要是通過(guò)根據(jù)副控制模塊來(lái)對(duì)每個(gè)子系統(tǒng)的功能進(jìn)行開(kāi)發(fā)與實(shí)現(xiàn)。并對(duì)數(shù)據(jù)的存儲(chǔ)過(guò)程進(jìn)行研究,從而更好訪問(wèn)數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù),以此來(lái)達(dá)到提高系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行效率的目的。本文在基于Windows2000/2003操作系統(tǒng)上來(lái)設(shè)計(jì)實(shí)現(xiàn)eCRM系統(tǒng),并對(duì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行上線測(cè)試,已經(jīng)實(shí)際應(yīng)用在廣東三星品高整體家居裝飾有限公司的營(yíng)運(yùn)管理上,運(yùn)行良好,提高了線下運(yùn)營(yíng)單位的整體效益。
[Abstract]:Home improvement user relationship management is based on the home user as the main core, by providing quality and satisfactory services to the home improvement users, to meet the needs of home improvement users, thereby achieving the purpose of improving the satisfaction of home improvement users. In particular, the people's living standards provide increasingly competitive market, especially for the home decoration business, the main modern market marketing is the most important home decoration companies, expanding the home installation users, home improvement user relationship management is more important. Based on this, through the design and development of the electronic home decoration user management system, this paper breaks the old tradition and introduces the modern management tools into the modern society. But it is still a small workshop business model of the industry. In order to promote home decoration companies, especially the family home decoration companies, through the electronic home improvement user management system to manage the relationship of home improvement users, improve the satisfaction of home decoration users to offline operation units, So as to improve the profitability of offline operating units, to protect the interests of shareholders and investors. The system is designed and implemented by combining the theoretical research with the system analysis based on the characteristics of the operation unit under the small home decoration line. In this paper, the Browser/Server three-tier architecture model is used to design the electronic home decoration user management system of the operation unit under the home decoration line. The electronic home decoration user management system of the operation unit under the home decoration line mainly adopts c# as the system development language, Microsoft SQL Server 2000 as the database server and Microsoft Visual Studio. Net 2005 as the development platform. At the same time, the ADO.NET technology is exchanged through the Internet. Integrated into the management of modern home decoration company operation module, determine the characteristics of the eCRM system and operation sequence, complete a detailed practical, The overall software. ECRM system with high performance and price ratio is mainly designed to achieve the following functions: to manage the front end configuration of the home decoration users, to manage the needs of the home decoration users, how to make the products ordered and constructed for the home decoration users, Logistics and deep-level development and management, how to provide home-improvement users of late service management. Through the research of decision algorithm, the decision ability is analyzed as follows: performance evaluation algorithm for influencing factor evaluation algorithm, evaluation algorithm for complaints. Through these algorithms, we can better evaluate and analyze the loss reasons of the operating units under the group line. The design principle of the system is to develop and implement the function of each subsystem according to the sub-control module. The stored procedure of the data is studied to access the database better, so as to improve the efficiency of the system. This paper designs and implements the eCRM system based on the Windows2000/2003 operating system, and carries on the on-line test to the system. It has been applied in the operation management of Guangdong Samsung Pinkgo integral Home Decoration Co., Ltd., and it is running well. Improve the overall efficiency of offline operating units.
