【摘要】：配送中心從上世紀60年代產(chǎn)生發(fā)展至今,帶來的是激增的貨物運輸量,而日益激烈的市場競爭則讓物流行業(yè)不斷優(yōu)勝劣汰,蓬勃發(fā)展。就我國卷煙物流而言,目前從倉儲、采購、訂貨、分揀、配送到管理都實行集約化經(jīng)營,這種管理模式暴露出來的問題主要有:①倉儲管理的粗放問題;②卷煙分揀瓶頸;③卷煙配送的高成本問題等。卷煙配送中心作為卷煙物流上的重要節(jié)點,其物流發(fā)展是一個持續(xù)改進、不斷完善的過程,要圍繞“精益物流、科技物流、綠色物流、人本物流”的建設要求,不斷提升和延展物流能力,統(tǒng)一作業(yè)標準,優(yōu)化業(yè)務流程,明確控制節(jié)點,不斷提高物流運行質(zhì)量和效益。因此,研討卷煙物流能力問題,對提升物流配送中心倉儲管理、分揀效率等顯得十分必要。本文的研究是在整理和分析了國內(nèi)外文獻綜述的基礎上展開的,對卷煙配送中心物流能力影響因素進行分析,選取具有代表性的評價指標,試圖構建一套完整客觀且符合卷煙配送中心特點的指標體系,運用BP神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡法構建卷煙配送中心物流能力評價模型。本文共包含七個章節(jié),具體的研究內(nèi)容包含三個部分:①以卷煙配送中心為背景分析物流能力;②物流能力評價方法選擇;③以C市卷煙配送中心為例展開實證研究。本文最終研究結論主要有以下幾點:①結合卷煙配送中心實際物流特點和運作流程,證明BP神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡模型用于卷煙物流能力評價具有一定優(yōu)勢。②通過借鑒國內(nèi)外配送中心物流能力評價指標體系已有的研究成果,在歸納總結的基礎上,構建了“兩級六類”的卷煙配送中心物流能力指標體系。③BP神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡模型通過樣本訓練和實證評價,能夠達到較高精度,評價結果較為符合實際,具有一定現(xiàn)實意義。④運用訓練好的BP神經(jīng)網(wǎng)絡對C市卷煙配送中心進行物流能力評價,得出C市對應的物流能力等級,結合實際調(diào)研情況,驗證了該結果的正確性。本論文最終目的就是將所學用于實踐,來解決實際問題。希望通過卷煙配送中心的等級輸出,對全國范圍內(nèi)的卷煙配送中心物流能力有一個全面的認識。同時在研究個體時,明確影響物流能力的關鍵因素,為提高物流能力水平提供依據(jù)和方向。
[Abstract]:Since the development of the distribution center in the 1960s, it has brought a surge in the volume of cargo transportation, while the increasingly fierce market competition has made the logistics industry continue to survive the fittest and flourish. As far as cigarette logistics in our country is concerned, at present, intensive operation is carried out from warehousing, purchasing, ordering, sorting, distribution to management. The problems exposed by this management mode are mainly the extensive problem of warehousing management and the bottleneck of cigarette sorting. The high cost of cigarette distribution and so on. As an important node in cigarette logistics, the development of cigarette distribution center is a process of continuous improvement and continuous improvement. It should focus on the construction requirements of "lean logistics, scientific and technological logistics, green logistics, people-oriented logistics". Improve and extend logistics capability, unify operation standard, optimize business process, clear control node, and improve logistics operation quality and efficiency. Therefore, it is necessary to study the ability of cigarette logistics to improve warehouse management and sorting efficiency of logistics distribution center. The research in this paper is carried out on the basis of the literature review at home and abroad. The factors affecting the logistics ability of cigarette distribution center are analyzed, and the representative evaluation indexes are selected. This paper attempts to construct a complete and objective index system which accords with the characteristics of cigarette distribution center, and uses BP neural network method to construct the evaluation model of the logistics ability of cigarette distribution center. There are seven chapters in this paper. The specific research content includes three parts: 1. Taking the cigarette distribution center as the background analysis, the evaluation method of logistics capability and logistics capability is selected. 3. Taking C city cigarette distribution center as an example, the empirical study is carried out. The final conclusions of this paper are as follows: 1 combining with the actual logistics characteristics and operation process of cigarette distribution center. It is proved that BP neural network model has some advantages in evaluating the ability of cigarette logistics. In this paper, a "two-level and six-type" model of logistics capability index system of cigarette distribution center. 3BP neural network model is constructed. Through sample training and empirical evaluation, the model can achieve higher accuracy, and the evaluation results are in line with the reality. It is of practical significance to use the trained BP neural network to evaluate the logistics ability of cigarette distribution center in C city. The corresponding logistics capability grade of C city is obtained. The correctness of the result is verified by combining the actual investigation and investigation. The ultimate purpose of this paper is to apply what I have learned to practice to solve practical problems. It is hoped that through the grade output of cigarette distribution center, we can have a comprehensive understanding of the logistics ability of cigarette distribution center in the whole country. At the same time, the key factors influencing the logistics ability are defined in order to provide the basis and direction for improving the level of logistics capability.
