物流園區(qū)低碳發(fā)展競爭力評(píng)價(jià)體系研究

【摘要】:物流業(yè)是支撐國民經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)性、戰(zhàn)略性產(chǎn)業(yè)。隨著低碳經(jīng)濟(jì)的不斷推進(jìn),低碳物流也成為物流業(yè)今后的發(fā)展方向和趨勢。物流園區(qū)作為物流業(yè)發(fā)展的重要載體平臺(tái),其低碳化發(fā)展水平也成為園區(qū)競爭力的重要指標(biāo)。所以,如何衡量園區(qū)的低碳發(fā)展競爭力情況,成為物流園區(qū)發(fā)展過程中的一項(xiàng)新課題。針對(duì)該問題,本文分析了國內(nèi)外相關(guān)研究現(xiàn)狀及理論基礎(chǔ),運(yùn)用壓力-狀態(tài)-響應(yīng)模型思想和價(jià)值鏈理論思想,分析了物流園區(qū)低碳發(fā)展競爭力的主要影響因素,構(gòu)建了物流園區(qū)低碳發(fā)展競爭力的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,提出了基于灰色網(wǎng)絡(luò)分析法的評(píng)價(jià)方法,并進(jìn)行了實(shí)例分析。論文的主要內(nèi)容包括:首先,在相關(guān)理論的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合大量文獻(xiàn)資料,探索性地提出了物流園區(qū)低碳發(fā)展競爭力的內(nèi)涵,并對(duì)其特征進(jìn)行了分析。其次,運(yùn)用壓力-狀態(tài)-響應(yīng)模型思想和價(jià)值鏈理論思想,從不同的角度分析得到物流園區(qū)低碳發(fā)展競爭力的主要影響因素:設(shè)施設(shè)備、信息技術(shù)、管理因素和環(huán)境因素。再次,結(jié)合能耗和碳排放這個(gè)低碳發(fā)展最直觀的因素,從五個(gè)方面建立了物流園區(qū)低碳發(fā)展競爭力評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,并針對(duì)所研究的問題呈現(xiàn)的灰色特征,構(gòu)建了基于灰色網(wǎng)絡(luò)分析法(G-ANP)的評(píng)價(jià)模型,并說明了模型的求解過程。最后,將評(píng)價(jià)模型應(yīng)用于某物流園區(qū)低碳發(fā)展競爭力評(píng)價(jià)中,對(duì)評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析,為物流園區(qū)未來的發(fā)展和決策提供重要依據(jù)。并將灰色網(wǎng)絡(luò)分析法(G-ANP)的評(píng)價(jià)結(jié)果和模糊層次分析法(F-AHP)的結(jié)果進(jìn)行對(duì)比,驗(yàn)證了G-ANP評(píng)價(jià)方法的可行性和有效性。
[Abstract]:Logistics industry is the basic and strategic industry supporting the development of national economy. With the development of low-carbon economy, low-carbon logistics has become the development direction and trend of logistics industry in the future. Logistics Park as an important carrier of logistics development, its low carbonization development level has also become an important indicator of the competitiveness of the park. Therefore, how to measure the low-carbon development competitiveness of the park has become a new topic in the development of logistics park. Aiming at this problem, this paper analyzes the current research situation and theoretical basis at home and abroad, applies the idea of pressure-state-response model and value chain theory, and analyzes the main influencing factors of low carbon development competitiveness of logistics park. The evaluation index system of low carbon development competitiveness of logistics park is constructed, and the evaluation method based on grey network analysis is put forward, and an example is analyzed. The main contents of this paper are as follows: firstly, on the basis of relevant theories and a great deal of literature, the connotation of low carbon development competitiveness of logistics park is put forward and its characteristics are analyzed. Secondly, by using the idea of pressure-state-response model and value chain theory, the main influencing factors of low carbon development competitiveness of logistics park are analyzed from different angles: facility equipment, information technology, management factors and environmental factors. Thirdly, combining energy consumption and carbon emission as the most intuitive factor of low-carbon development, the paper establishes the evaluation index system of low carbon development competitiveness of logistics park from five aspects, and presents grey characteristics in view of the problems studied. The evaluation model based on the grey network analysis method (G-ANP) is constructed, and the solving process of the model is explained. Finally, the evaluation model is applied to the evaluation of the low carbon development competitiveness of a logistics park, and the evaluation results are analyzed to provide an important basis for the future development and decision-making of the logistics park. The evaluation results of G-ANP) and the results of fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (FAHP) are compared to verify the feasibility and effectiveness of the G-ANP evaluation method.
