【摘要】：在商務(wù)部《"互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+流通"行動(dòng)計(jì)劃》推進(jìn)下,大量電商平臺(tái)和出口企業(yè)通過(guò)建設(shè)"海外倉(cāng)"布局境外物流體系,為滿足消費(fèi)者購(gòu)物偏好、優(yōu)化經(jīng)營(yíng)模式開(kāi)辟了新途徑。然而,隨著我國(guó)跨境電商企業(yè)"海外倉(cāng)"的逐漸發(fā)展,面臨的經(jīng)營(yíng)、政策、清關(guān)等方面的風(fēng)險(xiǎn)也愈加突出,需及時(shí)采取合理手段防范。由此,本文首先分析了我國(guó)跨境電商企業(yè)"海外倉(cāng)"發(fā)展面臨的主要風(fēng)險(xiǎn)類型,隨后深入探究這些風(fēng)險(xiǎn)產(chǎn)生的原因,進(jìn)而提出相應(yīng)防范措施。
[Abstract]:Under the "Internet Circulation" Action Plan of the Ministry of Commerce, a large number of e-commerce platforms and export enterprises have opened up a new way to satisfy consumers' shopping preferences and optimize their business models by building "overseas warehouse" layout overseas logistics system. However, with the gradual development of "overseas warehouse" of cross-border e-commerce enterprises in China, the risks in management, policy and customs clearance are becoming more and more prominent, so it is necessary to take reasonable measures to prevent them in time. Therefore, this paper first analyzes the main types of risks faced by the development of "overseas warehouse" of cross-border e-commerce enterprises in China, and then probes into the causes of these risks, and then puts forward the corresponding preventive measures.
