【摘要】：煙草物流系統(tǒng)故障頻發(fā)影響生產(chǎn),故障診斷系統(tǒng)可通過對系統(tǒng)運(yùn)行狀態(tài)的分析來定位故障及其原因,使其對生產(chǎn)的影響最小化。數(shù)據(jù)采集與監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)作為故障診斷系統(tǒng)的輔助手段,可獲取設(shè)備狀態(tài)信息參與故障診斷并提供可視化的監(jiān)控界面,其包含兩部分:數(shù)據(jù)采集系統(tǒng)與設(shè)備狀態(tài)監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)。在面向故障診斷的過程中,數(shù)據(jù)采集系統(tǒng)采集關(guān)鍵設(shè)備的狀態(tài)信息為故障診斷提供數(shù)據(jù)支撐,將設(shè)備狀態(tài)按照重要程度進(jìn)行分級,將不同級別數(shù)據(jù)分不同頻率進(jìn)行采集減少數(shù)據(jù)傳輸量,保證數(shù)據(jù)的實(shí)時(shí)性,維持系統(tǒng)的穩(wěn)定。監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)由遠(yuǎn)程端與現(xiàn)場端兩部分組成,分別對應(yīng)組態(tài)軟件和工業(yè)觸摸屏。組態(tài)軟件采用In Touch運(yùn)行于遠(yuǎn)程端,獲取羅克韋爾可編程控制器的內(nèi)部信息,結(jié)合三維制圖軟件進(jìn)行三維組態(tài)、開發(fā)Axtive X控件提高軟件的可操作性并結(jié)合現(xiàn)場實(shí)際情況完成動(dòng)態(tài)效果,實(shí)時(shí)的操作環(huán)境有助于提高故障診斷的實(shí)時(shí)性與準(zhǔn)確性;結(jié)合組態(tài)軟件的報(bào)警功能完成對故障的初步診斷并與故障診斷系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)交互。工業(yè)觸摸屏作為現(xiàn)場控制終端,基于Win CE嵌入式實(shí)時(shí)操作系統(tǒng),開發(fā)基于ADO三層結(jié)構(gòu)模型的數(shù)據(jù)庫訪問應(yīng)用程序?qū)崿F(xiàn)對故障診斷系統(tǒng)的遠(yuǎn)程訪問,獲取系統(tǒng)的故障信息用以輔助現(xiàn)場人員對故障進(jìn)行定位以及設(shè)備維護(hù),結(jié)合觸摸屏組態(tài)軟件開發(fā)環(huán)境完成觸摸屏監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)的開發(fā)。該系統(tǒng)在煙草物流系統(tǒng)中正式運(yùn)用,運(yùn)行效果良好。
[Abstract]:The frequent occurrence of the tobacco logistics system affects production, and the fault diagnosis system can locate the fault and its causes by analyzing the operating state of the system to minimize its impact on the production. As an auxiliary means of fault diagnosis system, data acquisition and monitoring system can obtain equipment state information to participate in fault diagnosis and provide visual monitoring interface. It includes two parts: data acquisition system and equipment state monitoring system. In the process of fault diagnosis, the data acquisition system collects the state information of the key equipment to provide the data support for the fault diagnosis, and classifies the state of the equipment according to the important degree. Different levels of data are collected at different frequencies to reduce the amount of data transmission, to ensure the real-time data, and to maintain the stability of the system. The monitoring system consists of remote terminal and field terminal, corresponding to configuration software and industrial touch screen respectively. The configuration software uses in Touch to run on the remote end. The internal information of Rockwell programmable controller is obtained, and the 3D configuration is carried out with 3D drawing software. The development of Axtive X controls to improve the operability of the software and the actual situation in the field to complete the dynamic effect, real-time operating environment is conducive to improve the real-time and accuracy of fault diagnosis; Combined with the alarm function of configuration software, the initial fault diagnosis is completed and the data is interacted with the fault diagnosis system. As the field control terminal, the industrial touch screen is based on the embedded real-time operating system of Win CE, and the database access application program based on the ADO three-layer structure model is developed to realize the remote access to the fault diagnosis system. The fault information of the system is obtained to assist the field personnel to locate the fault and maintain the equipment, and to complete the development of the touch screen monitoring system combined with the development environment of the touch screen configuration software. The system is formally used in the tobacco logistics system, and the operation effect is good.
