互聯(lián)網(wǎng)背景下我國(guó)再生資源典型回收模式比較研究

【摘要】:近年來(lái),再生資源產(chǎn)業(yè)對(duì)我國(guó)國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)和環(huán)境保護(hù)的貢獻(xiàn)作用越來(lái)越凸顯。但不可否認(rèn),高效的再生資源回收方式是保證這一產(chǎn)業(yè)健康快速發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵,而研究發(fā)現(xiàn),目前我國(guó)再生資源主要回收方式仍集中在以低效率的傳統(tǒng)人流、物流等信息資源整合方式下的人工回收,其回收價(jià)格不透明、回收過(guò)程監(jiān)管難、安全漏洞大等問(wèn)題較多;當(dāng)前背景下,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)的快速發(fā)展使我國(guó)眾多產(chǎn)業(yè)面臨變革,這在再生資源領(lǐng)域主要表現(xiàn)為新出現(xiàn)的以網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺(tái)為手段的互聯(lián)網(wǎng)回收模式,其回收方式在回收效率、安全監(jiān)管、回收價(jià)格、發(fā)展?jié)摿Φ确矫孑^傳統(tǒng)回收方式表現(xiàn)出更多的優(yōu)勢(shì)。因此,本文主要選取了當(dāng)前互聯(lián)網(wǎng)背景下再生資源回收領(lǐng)域新出現(xiàn)的O2O、B2C兩種典型回收模式,并結(jié)合具體的企業(yè)案例,根據(jù)層次分析法,構(gòu)造用戶接受程度,回收過(guò)程控制,具體回收效果三維度評(píng)價(jià)體系對(duì)兩種回收模式的特點(diǎn)、適用性等具體實(shí)踐效果做出比較研究,以對(duì)其實(shí)際效用及發(fā)展?jié)摿M(jìn)行評(píng)價(jià)。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),O2O回收模式下,其回收方式人性化、回收品種多元化、回收價(jià)格吸引力強(qiáng)等優(yōu)勢(shì)突出,網(wǎng)絡(luò)回收平臺(tái)操作簡(jiǎn)便,趣味性高,用戶對(duì)此接受程度較高;但O2O網(wǎng)絡(luò)回收平臺(tái)功能單一,線上回收監(jiān)管過(guò)程缺乏有力技術(shù)支撐,回收商集體競(jìng)價(jià)可靠程度較低,線下回收交易成本較高,回收處理體系建設(shè)較為困難等使其回收過(guò)程控制較差;具體回收效果方面,由于其目標(biāo)群體主要為個(gè)體投廢者,回收品種量小且分散,末端處理等節(jié)能減排效果較差,綜合實(shí)踐效果一般,但由于其用戶群體潛力巨大,回收范圍廣泛,未來(lái)具備多品種、寬領(lǐng)域再生資源回收的普遍推廣;B2C回收模式下,其回收方式、品種較為單一,網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺(tái)操作不便、平臺(tái)趣味性低等使用戶對(duì)此接受程度較低;但其回收平臺(tái)獨(dú)立功能強(qiáng)大,大數(shù)據(jù)管理實(shí)現(xiàn)回收過(guò)程高效監(jiān)管,交易價(jià)格指數(shù)規(guī)范使回收價(jià)格透明可靠,線下配套處理體系完善,線下回收交易成本較低等使其回收過(guò)程控制較好;具體回收效果方面,由于其智能回收技術(shù)對(duì)產(chǎn)品的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化程度要求較高,使其回收品種較為單一,但針對(duì)各類中間商的批量化回收和專業(yè)化處理,使其末端處理量、節(jié)能減排效果顯著,綜合實(shí)踐效果較好,但目前暫不適合多品種、寬領(lǐng)域再生資源回收的普遍推廣。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the contribution of renewable resource industry to national economy and environmental protection has become more and more prominent. However, it is undeniable that efficient recycling of renewable resources is the key to ensure the healthy and rapid development of this industry. However, the study found that the main recycling methods of renewable resources in China are still concentrated in the traditional flow of people with low efficiency. Under the integrated mode of logistics and other information resources, the recovery price is not transparent, the recycling process is difficult to supervise, the security loopholes are large, etc. Under the current background, the rapid development of the Internet makes many industries in our country face the change. In the field of renewable resources, this is mainly manifested in the emerging Internet recycling mode based on network platform, in which recycling efficiency, safety supervision, and price recovery are the main ways of recycling. Development potential and other aspects than the traditional way of recycling shows more advantages. Therefore, this paper mainly selects two typical recycling models of O2OB2C, which are emerging in the field of renewable resource recovery under the current Internet background, and combines with specific enterprise cases, constructs the user acceptance degree and recycling process control according to the Analytic hierarchy process (AHP). In order to evaluate the actual utility and development potential of the two kinds of recycling models, the three-dimensional degree evaluation system makes a comparative study on the characteristics and applicability of the two models. It is found that under the mode of O2O recovery, the recycling mode is humanized, the variety of recovery is diversified, the price of recovery is attractive and so on, the network recovery platform is easy to operate and has high interest, and the user has a high degree of acceptance of it. However, the recovery platform of O2O network has a single function, lack of strong technical support in the process of on-line recycling supervision, low reliability of collective bidding by recyclers, and high transaction cost of off-line recycling. The construction of recycling treatment system is difficult to control the recovery process. In the specific recovery effect, because the target group is mainly individual scrap, the quantity of recovered varieties is small and dispersed, the effect of energy saving and emission reduction such as terminal treatment is poor. The comprehensive practice effect is general, but because its user group potential is huge, the scope of recycling is wide, in the future, there are many varieties, wide range of renewable resources recycling universal promotion of B2C recycling mode, its recycling mode, variety is relatively single, The network platform is inconvenient to operate, and the platform is not interesting enough to make users accept it, but the recovery platform has strong independent function, big data manages and implements the efficient supervision of the recycling process, and the standard of transaction price index makes the recovery price transparent and reliable. Off-line matching treatment system is perfect, and offline recycling transaction cost is low, so that the recycling process is controlled better. In the specific recovery effect, the intelligent recycling technology requires high standardization of products, which makes the variety of recycling relatively single. But the batch recovery and specialized treatment for various kinds of middlemen make their terminal treatment amount, energy saving and emission reduction remarkable, and the comprehensive practice effect is better. But at present, it is not suitable for the general promotion of recycling of renewable resources in many varieties and wide fields.
