【摘要】：當(dāng)前寄遞物流領(lǐng)域的犯罪類型主要包括寄遞企業(yè)內(nèi)部從業(yè)人員、收寄件端以及與寄遞業(yè)務(wù)無關(guān)人員實(shí)施的犯罪。寄遞物流領(lǐng)域犯罪原因可從寄遞物流企業(yè)、犯罪嫌疑人、監(jiān)管部門和被害人四個維度去考量。為有效打擊和預(yù)防寄遞物流領(lǐng)域犯罪,在打擊方面,要加強(qiáng)寄遞物流大數(shù)據(jù)基礎(chǔ)建設(shè)、專業(yè)隊(duì)伍建設(shè)及情報(bào)網(wǎng)絡(luò)建設(shè);在預(yù)防方面,要建立寄遞物流從業(yè)人員審查、備案制度,加強(qiáng)寄遞物流系統(tǒng)的安全建設(shè),提高檢測技術(shù),完善查驗(yàn)制度,加強(qiáng)對廣大群眾安全防范意識的宣傳教育,加強(qiáng)對寄遞物流企業(yè)相關(guān)從業(yè)人員的教育培訓(xùn)工作和權(quán)益保護(hù),加強(qiáng)對快遞代收、代寄等服務(wù)點(diǎn)的監(jiān)管。
[Abstract]:At present, the crime types in the field of mail and delivery logistics mainly include the internal employees of the sending and delivery enterprises, the receiving and sending terminals and the crimes committed by those who have nothing to do with the sending and delivery business.The causes of crime in the field of mail logistics can be considered from four dimensions: logistics enterprises, criminal suspects, regulatory authorities and victims.In order to effectively crack down on and prevent crimes in the field of courier logistics, it is necessary to strengthen the infrastructure construction of big data, the construction of professional teams and the construction of information networks in the field of courier logistics. In the field of prevention, it is necessary to establish a system for the examination and filing of personnel engaged in the field of mail and delivery logistics,Strengthen the security construction of the delivery logistics system, improve the inspection technology, perfect the inspection system, strengthen the publicity and education on the safety prevention consciousness of the masses, and strengthen the education and training work and the protection of the rights and interests of the relevant employees of the sending and delivery logistics enterprises.Strengthen the express delivery collection, delivery and other service points of supervision.
