某新型易物電商平臺(tái)的研究與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:每一個(gè)產(chǎn)業(yè)在發(fā)展的過程中,由于資本對利潤的追逐,在利潤高的時(shí)候,都會(huì)吸引大量的投資,而導(dǎo)致產(chǎn)能過剩,之后優(yōu)勝劣汰,行業(yè)獲得整體進(jìn)步,這是市場發(fā)展的規(guī)律和必然的過程。但如果生產(chǎn)能力嚴(yán)重過剩、有效需求不足,會(huì)引發(fā)惡劣的經(jīng)濟(jì)危機(jī)。我國正處在經(jīng)濟(jì)高速發(fā)展的上升階段,已陸續(xù)出現(xiàn)了一些行業(yè)產(chǎn)能過剩的問題,引起了廣泛的關(guān)注。以鋼鐵行業(yè)為例,產(chǎn)能過剩的重壓等困境倒逼其轉(zhuǎn)型,鋼鐵業(yè)已押注電商,電商儼然成為各行業(yè)未來發(fā)展的必然趨勢。電商平臺(tái)能夠把信息流、物流和資金流進(jìn)行重新整合,可以節(jié)約運(yùn)營成本、開發(fā)成本、物流成本,為企業(yè)解決一攬子問題。但是談到電商,總是繞不開“燒錢”的話題,一方面是利潤縮減、資金緊張,另一方面是電商發(fā)展需要持續(xù)的資金投入,這使得后期電商的發(fā)展面臨諸多不確定性。當(dāng)前以阿里巴巴和京東為首的電商大戰(zhàn)愈演愈烈,未來電商的競爭格局也必然是一家獨(dú)大或者寡頭競爭,那是不是作為后來創(chuàng)業(yè)者就不能做電商呢?顯然不是,本文重點(diǎn)研究的就是一種新型易物電商模式,它是一種對商業(yè)模式的創(chuàng)新。當(dāng)今企業(yè)間的競爭,已不是產(chǎn)品之間的競爭,而是商業(yè)模式之間的競爭,好的商業(yè)模式具有舉重若輕,化腐朽為神奇的功能。本文試圖從阿里巴巴集團(tuán)的商業(yè)模式入手,發(fā)掘出其閃光之處,并創(chuàng)新思路,摸索出新的商業(yè)模式并付諸于實(shí)踐,希望能對電商企業(yè)包括后來創(chuàng)業(yè)者帶來參考和借鑒的價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:In the process of development of every industry, because of the pursuit of profits by capital, when the profits are high, it will attract a large amount of investment, which will lead to overcapacity, and then the survival of the fittest and the overall progress of the industry.This is the law of market development and inevitable process.But if the production capacity is serious excess, the effective demand is insufficient, can cause the bad economic crisis.China is in the rising stage of rapid economic development, which has caused widespread concern.Taking the steel industry as an example, the heavy pressure of overcapacity has forced its transformation, and the steel industry has already bet on the e-commerce industry, which has become an inevitable trend in the future development of various industries.E-commerce platform can reintegrate information flow, logistics and capital flow, which can save operation cost, development cost, logistics cost and solve a package of problems for enterprises.However, when it comes to e-commerce, the topic of "burning money" is always difficult. On the one hand, the profit is reduced, the capital is tight, and on the other hand, the development of e-commerce needs sustained capital investment, which makes the development of e-commerce facing many uncertainties in the later stage.At present, the e-commerce war headed by Alibaba and JingDong is becoming more and more intense, and the competition pattern of future e-commerce is bound to be a monopoly or oligopoly competition. Is it not possible to do e-commerce as an entrepreneur later on?Obviously not. This paper focuses on a new ecommerce model of barter, which is an innovation of business model.Nowadays, the competition among enterprises is not the competition among products, but the competition between business models. The good business model has the function of lifting light weight and turning decay into magic.This article attempts to start with the business model of Alibaba Group, finds out its flash of light, innovates the thought, founds out the new business model and puts it into practice, hoping to bring the reference and reference value to the e-commerce enterprise, including the later entrepreneur.
