【摘要】:對(duì)于制造企業(yè)而言,倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)物流是企業(yè)物流中至關(guān)重要的內(nèi)容。對(duì)倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,可以有效地提高企業(yè)整體物流效率。日化用品行業(yè)的訂單具有著多品種、小批量的特點(diǎn),其倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)出入庫(kù)的效率對(duì)整體物流與供應(yīng)鏈效率會(huì)產(chǎn)生著直接的影響。本文的研究對(duì)象為B日化用品制造企業(yè)的倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)出入庫(kù)系統(tǒng),為解決出庫(kù)備貨區(qū)存在的堆積問題,提出一種依裝車順序取貨的倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)出入庫(kù)系統(tǒng)方案。這種方案是從改善出庫(kù)備貨區(qū)貨物放置規(guī)則和改進(jìn)貨物裝車流程兩個(gè)角度出發(fā),以期達(dá)到提高倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)出入庫(kù)系統(tǒng)效率的優(yōu)化目的。首先,本文對(duì)B日化用品制造企業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析,在日化用品行業(yè)現(xiàn)狀分析和B公司物流現(xiàn)狀、供應(yīng)鏈現(xiàn)狀分析的基礎(chǔ)上,指出B公司倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)出入庫(kù)系統(tǒng)現(xiàn)存問題,即出庫(kù)備貨區(qū)環(huán)節(jié)的堆積問題。為解決這一問題,提出依裝車順序取貨的倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)出入庫(kù)系統(tǒng)優(yōu)化方案。然后,根據(jù)B公司的倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)出入庫(kù)業(yè)務(wù)流程,利用Petri網(wǎng)對(duì)倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)出入庫(kù)流程進(jìn)行作業(yè)流程梳理,為下文仿真建模提供依據(jù)。其次,應(yīng)用三維仿真軟件,對(duì)B日化用品制造企業(yè)的四種產(chǎn)品的倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)出入庫(kù)系統(tǒng)情況進(jìn)行仿真建模。利用LoadMaster裝箱大師軟件對(duì)貨物裝車問題進(jìn)行仿真,得出最大化裝車率下的最優(yōu)裝車方案。在此基礎(chǔ)上,利用Flexsim軟件對(duì)優(yōu)化前后的倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)出入庫(kù)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行仿真。在其他條件不變的情況下,將原先裝車人員按裝車順序取貨的方案優(yōu)化為倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)出入庫(kù)系統(tǒng)直接按照裝車順序從立庫(kù)中進(jìn)行取貨的方案,并對(duì)原倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)出入庫(kù)系統(tǒng)的出庫(kù)輸送線、出庫(kù)備貨區(qū)、裝車人員進(jìn)行資源整合。最后,對(duì)利用Flexsim仿真建模優(yōu)化前后的仿真運(yùn)行結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析,對(duì)比優(yōu)化前后的設(shè)備及人員的狀態(tài)比率。根據(jù)仿真對(duì)比結(jié)果,優(yōu)化后的倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)出入庫(kù)系統(tǒng)整體運(yùn)行時(shí)間縮短,出庫(kù)備貨區(qū)堆積現(xiàn)象得到緩解,出庫(kù)傳送帶利用率提高,人員得以精簡(jiǎn),倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)出入庫(kù)效率提高。
[Abstract]:For manufacturing enterprises, warehousing logistics is an important part of enterprise logistics.Optimization of warehousing system can effectively improve the overall logistics efficiency of enterprises.The order of daily chemical products industry has the characteristics of many varieties and small quantities. The efficiency of storage and storage has a direct impact on the efficiency of the whole logistics and supply chain.The research object of this paper is the storage and entry and storage system of B daily chemical products manufacturing enterprise. In order to solve the problem of stacking in the storage and storage area, this paper puts forward a kind of storage and entry and storage system scheme which takes goods in the order of loading.This scheme is based on the two aspects of improving the rules of goods placement and the loading flow of goods in the storage and storage area in order to improve the efficiency of the warehousing and warehousing system.First of all, this paper analyzes the current situation of B daily chemical products manufacturing enterprises, on the basis of the analysis of the current situation of daily chemical products industry, B company logistics status, supply chain status analysis, points out the existing problems of B company warehousing and storage system.That is, the storage and storage area of the accumulation of links.In order to solve this problem, the optimization scheme of warehousing and warehousing system is put forward.Then, according to the business process of B company, we use Petri net to sort out the process of warehouse entry and exit, which provides the basis for the simulation modeling below.Secondly, three dimensional simulation software is used to simulate the storage and storage system of four kinds of products in B daily chemical products manufacturing enterprise.The LoadMaster loading master software is used to simulate the cargo loading problem, and the optimal loading scheme under the maximum loading rate is obtained.On this basis, the Flexsim software is used to simulate the storage system before and after optimization.When other conditions are unchanged, the original scheme of loading personnel to pick up goods in the order of loading is optimized as the scheme of the warehousing, outgoing and warehousing system to carry out the goods directly from the vertical warehouse in accordance with the loading order, and for the delivery line of the original warehousing and outgoing storage system,Loading area, loading personnel to carry out the integration of resources.Finally, the simulation results before and after optimization using Flexsim simulation modeling are analyzed, and the state ratio of equipment and personnel before and after optimization is compared.According to the results of simulation, the whole running time of the system is shortened, the stacking phenomenon in the storage and storage area is alleviated, the utilization ratio of the outgoing conveyor belt is improved, the personnel is streamlined, and the efficiency of the storage and incoming storage is improved.
