航空快遞中心作業(yè)流程優(yōu)化和布局規(guī)劃研究

【摘要】:近年來,我國(guó)物流產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展迅猛,在多種物流運(yùn)輸方式之中,航空物流以其速度快、安全性高成為了眾多快遞公司的首選。然而在具體作業(yè)流程設(shè)計(jì)和貨物地面處理設(shè)施規(guī)劃布局中,機(jī)場(chǎng)方面很少考慮到快遞企業(yè)的訴求,鮮有專業(yè)性的快遞處理場(chǎng)所和企業(yè)分撥點(diǎn)。另外,快遞等相關(guān)企業(yè)在機(jī)場(chǎng)內(nèi)部設(shè)置作業(yè)處理場(chǎng)所時(shí),往往從自身作業(yè)效率和成本的角度對(duì)設(shè)施設(shè)備的布局進(jìn)行規(guī)劃設(shè)計(jì),少有考慮到自身作業(yè)流程和機(jī)場(chǎng)相關(guān)作業(yè)的銜接。因此,從機(jī)場(chǎng)與快遞企業(yè)作業(yè)處理場(chǎng)所整體作業(yè)流程一體化的角度,研究航空快遞中心作業(yè)流程優(yōu)化和布局規(guī)劃問題具有十分重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文在學(xué)習(xí)和總結(jié)國(guó)內(nèi)外相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,通過對(duì)航空運(yùn)輸業(yè)作業(yè)流程優(yōu)化仿真理論方法和功能區(qū)布局建模方法的研究,以北京新機(jī)場(chǎng)為例,對(duì)機(jī)場(chǎng)建立航空快遞中心的流程優(yōu)化,以及基于流程一體化的功能區(qū)內(nèi)部布局問題進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)的研究。首先,縱覽國(guó)內(nèi)外大型機(jī)場(chǎng),本文針對(duì)航空快遞中心設(shè)置于空港內(nèi)和空港外兩種布局模式進(jìn)行流程分析和優(yōu)化。通過比較多種離散系統(tǒng)業(yè)務(wù)流程建模方法,選用Petri網(wǎng)來進(jìn)行兩種模式下航空快遞中心進(jìn)出港作業(yè)流程建模,并通過不變量的方法對(duì)其結(jié)構(gòu)性能進(jìn)行分析,從而驗(yàn)證其有界性和活性等基本性能。接著在Petri網(wǎng)模型中引入時(shí)間因素,通過ExSpect軟件進(jìn)行作業(yè)流程的仿真,針對(duì)平均周期時(shí)間的仿真結(jié)果提出流程優(yōu)化的相關(guān)建議,并對(duì)優(yōu)化后模型再次仿真,比較優(yōu)化前后驗(yàn)證優(yōu)化效果。根據(jù)優(yōu)化后兩種模式的仿真結(jié)果,選出更適宜北京新機(jī)場(chǎng)未來發(fā)展的作業(yè)模式。其次,根據(jù)流程優(yōu)化中較優(yōu)的布局模式進(jìn)行航空快遞中心內(nèi)部功能區(qū)布局研究。對(duì)布局問題常用方法進(jìn)行了綜述比選,選擇應(yīng)用SLP方法并進(jìn)行改進(jìn)。結(jié)合航空快遞中心的特點(diǎn),加入虛擬功能區(qū)分析空側(cè)和陸側(cè)交通對(duì)快遞中心的影響,同時(shí)摒棄傳統(tǒng)人工布局調(diào)整方法,建立以物料搬運(yùn)成本最小、鄰接關(guān)聯(lián)度最大和土地利用率最高為目標(biāo)的多目標(biāo)數(shù)學(xué)模型,通過遺傳算法進(jìn)行求解。最后,以北京新機(jī)場(chǎng)為例,基于改進(jìn)的SLP對(duì)其國(guó)內(nèi)航空快遞中心內(nèi)部功能區(qū)布局進(jìn)行規(guī)劃,得出了較為滿意的布局方案,驗(yàn)證了本文布局思路的同時(shí)為北京新機(jī)場(chǎng)航空快遞中心的布局提供理論支撐和決策依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the logistics industry of our country has developed rapidly. Among the various modes of logistics transportation, aviation logistics has become the first choice for many express delivery companies because of its fast speed and high security.However, in the specific operation process design and cargo ground handling facilities planning and layout, the airport rarely takes the demands of express delivery enterprises into account, and there are few professional express processing sites and enterprise distribution points.In addition, express delivery and other related enterprises in the airport set up job processing sites, often from the perspective of their own operational efficiency and cost of the layout of facilities and equipment planning and design, rarely considering their own operational process and airport related operations.Therefore, it is of great practical significance to study the optimization of the operation process and layout planning of the air express center from the point of view of the integration of the operation process of the airport and the job processing site of the express delivery enterprise.On the basis of studying and summing up the relevant literature at home and abroad, this paper studies the theory and method of optimization simulation of operation flow of air transportation industry and the modeling method of function area layout, taking Beijing New Airport as an example.The process optimization of establishing air express center in airport and the internal layout of function area based on process integration are systematically studied in this paper.First of all, this paper analyzes and optimizes the two layout modes of air express center in and out of the airport, which is based on an overview of the large airports at home and abroad.Through the comparison of many discrete system business process modeling methods, Petri net is selected to model the air express center's inbound and outbound operation process in two modes, and its structure and performance are analyzed by invariant method.The boundedness and activity of the product are verified.Then the time factor is introduced into the Petri net model, and the simulation of the job flow is carried out through the ExSpect software, and the relevant suggestions of the process optimization are put forward for the simulation results of the average cycle time, and the model is simulated again after the optimization.Compare the effect of optimization before and after optimization.According to the simulation results of the two models, the operation mode which is more suitable for the future development of Beijing New Airport is selected.Secondly, according to the optimal layout mode in the process optimization, the internal functional area layout of air express center is studied.The common methods of layout problem are summarized and selected, and the SLP method is selected and improved.Combined with the characteristics of the air express center, the virtual function area is added to analyze the influence of air side and land side traffic on the express delivery center. At the same time, the traditional manual layout adjustment method is abandoned, and the material handling cost is minimized.The multi-objective mathematical model with the maximum degree of adjacent correlation and the highest land utilization rate is solved by genetic algorithm.Finally, taking the Beijing new airport as an example, based on the improved SLP, the layout of the internal function area of the domestic air express center is planned, and a more satisfactory layout scheme is obtained.At the same time, it provides theoretical support and decision basis for the layout of Beijing New Airport Air Express Center.
