【摘要】：國家“十二五”規(guī)劃中,中央明確指出“要加快建設鮮活農(nóng)產(chǎn)品批發(fā)市場,切實落實鮮活農(nóng)產(chǎn)品運輸綠色通道政策”,在此背景下,對于鮮活農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流的發(fā)展有了前所未有的機遇。與此同時,在農(nóng)產(chǎn)品流通過程中的存在很多問題,只能通過完善鮮活農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流系統(tǒng)才能得到解決,這也正是促進農(nóng)民增收的重要環(huán)節(jié),也是農(nóng)業(yè)實現(xiàn)產(chǎn)業(yè)化的必經(jīng)之路。對于農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流方面的研究在國內(nèi)較晚,而對于鮮活農(nóng)產(chǎn)品方面的研究在國內(nèi)更加晚,結合特定來研究鮮活農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流的更是寥寥無幾。目前,對湖北省內(nèi)的鮮活農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流的研究基本上是屬于空白的。因此,本文的研究具有較廣闊的學術擴展空間,可以彌補現(xiàn)階段在鮮活農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流方面的不足,拓寬現(xiàn)代物流理論在農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流領域的范圍。同時,在電子信息化利用率不高這一問題上,結合當前的最熱的F20模式(即利用焦點事件來激發(fā)消費者的購買熱情)來促使農(nóng)產(chǎn)品銷售,具有一定的創(chuàng)新性。同時,正確的認識湖北省鮮活農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流的基本形式,了解制約其發(fā)展的阻礙因素,可以促進鮮活農(nóng)產(chǎn)品流通質(zhì)量的提高,同時也有利于促進湖北省農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟的跨躍式發(fā)展。本文采用的是文獻研究法、定量與定性相結合的方法來進行研究的,主要體現(xiàn)在對鮮活農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流相關領域的研究現(xiàn)狀的綜述及相關概念進行了界定；此外,還采用了比較分析法來了解湖北省鮮活農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流在發(fā)展中存在的問題原因,并對國外發(fā)達國家農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流的現(xiàn)狀加以分析,成為可被湖北省所借鑒的經(jīng)驗。通過借鑒國外有關農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流的經(jīng)驗,結合當前湖北省鮮活農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流現(xiàn)狀及存在的問題,從農(nóng)產(chǎn)品物流的主體、物流的環(huán)節(jié)、物流的技術、物流的管理及物流的基礎設施等方面來完善鮮活農(nóng)產(chǎn)品的流通渠道,促進鮮活農(nóng)產(chǎn)品的流通,從而來促進湖北省農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟實現(xiàn)跨躍式發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:In the 12th Five-Year Plan of the State, the Central Committee clearly pointed out that "it is necessary to speed up the construction of wholesale markets for fresh and live agricultural products and effectively implement the green channel policy for transporting fresh and live agricultural products." against this background,For fresh agricultural products logistics development has unprecedented opportunities.At the same time, there are many problems in the process of agricultural products circulation, which can only be solved by improving the logistics system of fresh agricultural products, which is also an important link to promote the increase of farmers' income, and is also the only way to realize the industrialization of agriculture.The research on the logistics of agricultural products is late in China, and the research on fresh and live agricultural products is even later in China.At present, the logistics of fresh agricultural products in Hubei Province is basically blank.Therefore, the research in this paper has a broad space for academic expansion, which can make up for the deficiencies in the field of fresh agricultural products logistics at the present stage, and broaden the scope of modern logistics theory in the field of agricultural products logistics.At the same time, on the issue of low utilization rate of electronic information, combining with the most popular F20 model (that is, using focus events to stimulate consumers' purchasing enthusiasm), it is innovative to promote the sale of agricultural products.At the same time, a correct understanding of the basic forms of fresh agricultural products logistics in Hubei Province, understanding the obstacles to its development, can promote the circulation quality of fresh agricultural products, but also help to promote the rural economy of Hubei Province leapfrogging development.This article uses the literature research method, the quantitative and the qualitative method to carry on the research, mainly manifests in the fresh agricultural product logistics related domain research present situation summary and the related concept has carried on the definition; in addition,We also use comparative analysis method to understand the reasons of the problems in the development of fresh agricultural products logistics in Hubei Province, and analyze the current situation of agricultural products logistics in developed countries, which can be used for reference by Hubei Province.Through drawing lessons from the experience of foreign agricultural products logistics, combined with the current situation and problems of fresh agricultural products logistics in Hubei Province, from the main body of agricultural product logistics, logistics links, logistics technology,Logistics management and logistics infrastructure to improve the circulation of fresh agricultural products to promote the circulation of fresh agricultural products to promote the rural economy in Hubei Province to achieve leaping development.
