【摘要】:近年來隨著倉儲行業(yè)需求的日益發(fā)展,物資倉儲管理也愈發(fā)重要,通過建立一套符合倉儲企業(yè)實際的倉儲管理信息系統(tǒng),實現(xiàn)倉儲管理事項的流程信息化、管理規(guī)范化、數(shù)據(jù)實時化、分析全面化、決策科學(xué)化,有效提升事務(wù)處理效率和管理水平,最終達到 夯實基礎(chǔ)嚴(yán)管理、職責(zé)分工促發(fā)展、入庫、出庫及庫存信息收集與交換‖的管理目標(biāo),實現(xiàn)倉儲各環(huán)節(jié)間數(shù)據(jù)交換機制;實現(xiàn)與其它系統(tǒng)的集成接口,促進倉儲物流企業(yè)實現(xiàn)合理 零庫存‖,降低供應(yīng)商和廠家流通成本,為決策者提供決策依據(jù)。本文通過對北京祥龍倉儲管理的實際情況進行調(diào)研,設(shè)計并實現(xiàn)了一套功能較為齊全,實用性較高的倉儲信息管理系統(tǒng),該系統(tǒng)包括權(quán)限安全模塊、倉儲管理模塊、業(yè)務(wù)查詢模塊、系統(tǒng)設(shè)置模塊、數(shù)據(jù)共享與交換模塊等主要功能。該系統(tǒng)充分適應(yīng)了現(xiàn)代的信息化發(fā)展趨勢,功能齊全,能夠滿足日常倉儲管理的各項工作需求。根據(jù)北京祥龍倉儲管理實際工作需求及未來發(fā)展要求,利用先進成熟的IT技術(shù)和架構(gòu),實現(xiàn)倉儲服務(wù)環(huán)節(jié)入庫、出庫、查詢、單據(jù)打印等業(yè)務(wù)流程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化、規(guī)范化的現(xiàn)代倉儲管理要求。具體研究內(nèi)容有:運用B/S設(shè)計模式完成倉儲管理信息系統(tǒng)的架構(gòu)實現(xiàn)。系統(tǒng)包括權(quán)限安全、倉庫管理、業(yè)務(wù)查詢、系統(tǒng)設(shè)置、數(shù)據(jù)共享及交換。通過Web Service通信技術(shù),各系統(tǒng)間數(shù)據(jù)交換的研究與實現(xiàn)。研究基于消息隊列(MQ)的信息傳遞技術(shù)的應(yīng)用。本文討論了倉儲信息管理系統(tǒng)的總體設(shè)計,包括系統(tǒng)的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計、技術(shù)路線、功能模塊分析與設(shè)計,并對系統(tǒng)數(shù)據(jù)庫的設(shè)計與實現(xiàn)進行了詳細的闡述,詳細論述了主要的各模塊實現(xiàn)與安全性設(shè)計實現(xiàn),為了驗證系統(tǒng)的性能和穩(wěn)定性,對系統(tǒng)做了完整的測試,最后根據(jù)倉儲管理工作發(fā)展的需要,對系統(tǒng)功能的改進與完善進行了可行性的討論。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the increasing development of warehousing industry demand, material storage management is becoming more and more important. Through establishing a warehouse management information system that accords with the actual storage enterprises, the process information and management standardization of warehousing management items can be realized.Data real-time, comprehensive analysis, scientific decision-making, effective improvement of transaction processing efficiency and management level, finally to consolidate the foundation of strict management, division of duties to promote development, storage,The management goal of collecting and exchanging inventory information out of warehouse, realizing the data exchange mechanism between different links of warehouse, realizing the integrated interface with other systems, promoting the warehouse logistics enterprise to realize reasonable zero inventory,Reduce the flow cost of suppliers and manufacturers and provide decision-making basis for decision-makers.By investigating the actual situation of Xianglong warehouse management in Beijing, this paper designs and implements a set of warehouse information management system with complete functions and high practicability. The system includes authority security module and warehouse management module.Business query module, system setting module, data sharing and exchange module and other main functions.The system is fully adapted to the development trend of modern information and has complete functions, which can meet the needs of daily warehouse management.According to the actual work demand and future development requirements of Beijing Xianglong warehouse management, using advanced and mature IT technology and architecture, the business process standardization of warehousing service link, such as storage, exit, inquiry, document printing and so on, can be realized.Standardized modern warehouse management requirements.The specific research contents are as follows: B / S design pattern is used to realize the architecture of warehouse management information system.The system includes authority security, warehouse management, business inquiry, system setup, data sharing and exchange.Through Web Service communication technology, the research and implementation of data exchange between systems.This paper studies the application of message transfer technology based on message queue MQ.This paper discusses the overall design of warehouse information management system, including the system structure design, technical route, functional module analysis and design, and the system database design and implementation are described in detail.In order to verify the performance and stability of the system, the system is tested completely. Finally, according to the needs of the development of warehouse management, the paper discusses the implementation of the main modules and the design of the security.The feasibility of improving and perfecting the system function is discussed.
