【摘要】：目的研究如何對(duì)平板電視的包裝襯墊進(jìn)行合理設(shè)計(jì)和安全檢驗(yàn)。方法根據(jù)緩沖包裝五步設(shè)計(jì)法選取合適的緩沖襯墊。利用有限元軟件ABAQUS建立仿真模型并進(jìn)行單元網(wǎng)格劃分,結(jié)合顯式動(dòng)力學(xué)原理和平板電視撞擊地面時(shí)彈性勢(shì)能與時(shí)間的關(guān)系,對(duì)襯墊進(jìn)行緩沖應(yīng)力分析和強(qiáng)度檢驗(yàn)。結(jié)果通過仿真分析可得,平板電視落地的沖擊應(yīng)力遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)小于襯墊能承受的最大應(yīng)力。結(jié)論在平板電視的配送過程中,以聚苯乙烯泡沫為材料的緩沖襯墊能對(duì)產(chǎn)品起到很好的保護(hù)作用。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the reasonable design and safety test of flat panel TV packing liner.Methods according to the five-step design method of cushioning packaging, the suitable cushioning liner was selected.The finite element software ABAQUS is used to set up the simulation model and to divide the elements into meshes. Combined with the explicit dynamics principle and the relationship between the elastic potential energy and the time when the flat panel TV hits the ground, the cushioning stress analysis and strength test of the liner are carried out.Results through simulation analysis, the impact stress of flat panel TV landing is much less than the maximum stress that the liner can bear.Conclusion during the distribution of flat panel TV, the cushioning pad made of polystyrene foam can protect the product.
