中國電動物流車商業(yè)模式研究

【摘要】:通過分析我國電動物流車產業(yè)快速發(fā)展的機遇與挑戰(zhàn),指出了創(chuàng)新商業(yè)模式對于促進電動物流車推廣應用的必要性。首先分析了主要應用于城市內支線和末端配送的電動物流車的最新研究進展、發(fā)展趨勢以及推廣應用中的主要難點,基于對各地推廣應用電動物流車典型案例的分析,重點對電動物流車傳統商業(yè)模式與創(chuàng)新商業(yè)模式進行比較,通過分析各商業(yè)模式的典型特征與適用場景,對推進電動物流車產業(yè)化與應用提出了合理建議。
[Abstract]:By analyzing the opportunities and challenges of the rapid development of electric logistics vehicle industry in China, This paper points out the necessity of innovating business model to promote the popularization and application of electric logistics vehicle. Firstly, it analyzes the latest research progress of electric logistics vehicle which is mainly used in urban branch line and terminal distribution. Based on the analysis of typical cases of electric logistics vehicle, the paper compares the traditional business model of electric logistics vehicle with the innovative business model, based on the analysis of the development trend and the main difficulties in the popularization and application of electric logistics vehicle. Based on the analysis of the typical characteristics and applicable scenarios of each business model, some reasonable suggestions are put forward to promote the industrialization and application of electric logistics vehicle.
