新型柔性電子標(biāo)簽的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)

【摘要】:近年來(lái),射頻識(shí)別(RFID)技術(shù)發(fā)展較快,這項(xiàng)技術(shù)在物流、制造、公共信息服務(wù)等行業(yè)得到了廣泛的應(yīng)用。在RFID技術(shù)的基礎(chǔ)上發(fā)展起來(lái)的近場(chǎng)通信(NFC)技術(shù)則被更多的應(yīng)用到了手機(jī)上。電子標(biāo)簽是這兩項(xiàng)技術(shù)中必不可少的組成部分,它作為數(shù)據(jù)的載體可被閱讀器讀取。在當(dāng)今的市場(chǎng)上,電子標(biāo)簽的種類與功能都較為單一,無(wú)非是先將各種信息以各種形式存儲(chǔ)起來(lái),之后再被讀取出來(lái)。本文主要介紹了一種新型的柔性電子標(biāo)簽的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn),這種電子標(biāo)簽可以實(shí)現(xiàn)可視化電子防偽的功能,這種防偽方式不同于傳統(tǒng)的光學(xué)防偽,具有壽命長(zhǎng)、可靠性強(qiáng)、穩(wěn)定性高等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。它主要由天線、柔性芯片、電致變色顯示三部分構(gòu)成,天線用來(lái)接收電磁波,芯片將電磁波處理好后可將電致變色顯示驅(qū)動(dòng),通過(guò)這種方式就可以實(shí)現(xiàn)可視化電子防偽。本文首先介紹了傳統(tǒng)電子標(biāo)簽的各個(gè)組成部分,詳細(xì)分析了天線的各種參數(shù),芯片的結(jié)構(gòu)與工作原理,然后在傳統(tǒng)電子標(biāo)簽的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了一種具有可視化防偽功能的電子標(biāo)簽以及在實(shí)現(xiàn)過(guò)程中遇到的各種問(wèn)題與解決方法。本文按照在設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)過(guò)程中的先后順序,介紹了電致變色顯示的結(jié)構(gòu)與基本原理,隨后介紹了柔性防偽芯片的制備,以及在制備過(guò)程中所使用的儀器與材料。然后又介紹了這種新型柔性電子標(biāo)簽的幾種驅(qū)動(dòng)方式,著重介紹了一種自主設(shè)計(jì)的便攜式13.56MHz射頻發(fā)射器,使用這種發(fā)射器可以很好的驅(qū)動(dòng)我們的新型柔性電子標(biāo)簽。隨著NFC技術(shù)的發(fā)展,使用手機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng)新型柔性電子標(biāo)簽變成了現(xiàn)實(shí),這又大大簡(jiǎn)化了它的驅(qū)動(dòng)過(guò)程。最后,展示了制作完成后的新型柔性電子防偽標(biāo)簽,并根據(jù)它的現(xiàn)有不足提出了下一代產(chǎn)品的設(shè)計(jì)方案與市場(chǎng)展望。因?yàn)閷I(yè)碩士的要求,柔性芯片部分是與企業(yè)合作研發(fā)的,所以不能透露過(guò)多細(xì)節(jié),請(qǐng)諒解。本項(xiàng)目主要針對(duì)在如今的商品市場(chǎng)中假貨泛濫這一現(xiàn)狀,而目前的防偽技術(shù)過(guò)于單一,已經(jīng)跟不上不斷增多的商品種類與不斷增加的商品數(shù)量。本項(xiàng)目創(chuàng)新性的將可視化電子防偽的概念融入到電子標(biāo)簽當(dāng)中,構(gòu)成全新的電子防偽標(biāo)簽,它可以應(yīng)用于絕大多數(shù)商品,如油鹽醬醋等家用食材,煙酒等日常消費(fèi)品,珠寶首飾等高端商品。這款產(chǎn)品能夠幫助生產(chǎn)商在市場(chǎng)中塑造自己的品牌,提高品牌的知名度,也能夠幫助消費(fèi)者辨別真?zhèn)?從而避免買到假貨,這無(wú)論對(duì)于生產(chǎn)商,還是對(duì)于消費(fèi)者,甚至對(duì)于商品市場(chǎng)都是大有益處的。
[Abstract]:In recent years, radio frequency identification (RFID) technology has developed rapidly. This technology is used in logistics, manufacturing, Public information services and other industries have been widely used. The near field communication technology developed on the basis of RFID technology has been more applied to mobile phones. Electronic label is an essential part of these two technologies. It can be read by readers as a carrier of data. In today's market, the types and functions of electronic tags are relatively simple, simply by storing all kinds of information in various forms. This paper mainly introduces the design and implementation of a new flexible electronic tag, which can realize the function of visual electronic anti-counterfeiting, which is different from the traditional optical anti-counterfeiting. It is mainly composed of antenna, flexible chip and electrochromic display. The antenna is used to receive electromagnetic wave, and the chip can drive the electrochromic display after processing the electromagnetic wave. In this way, visual electronic anti-counterfeiting can be realized. Firstly, each component of traditional electronic tag is introduced in this paper, and various parameters of antenna, structure and working principle of chip are analyzed in detail. Then, on the basis of the traditional electronic label, this paper puts forward a kind of electronic label with visual anti-counterfeiting function, as well as various problems and solutions encountered in the process of implementation. This paper introduces the structure and basic principle of electrochromic display, then introduces the preparation of flexible anti-counterfeiting chip, the instruments and materials used in the preparation process, and then introduces several driving modes of this new flexible electronic label. This paper mainly introduces a portable 13.56MHz radio frequency transmitter, which can drive our new flexible electronic tag very well. With the development of NFC technology, using mobile phone to drive the new flexible electronic tag becomes a reality. This greatly simplifies its driving process. Finally, it shows the new flexible electronic anti-counterfeiting label after production, and puts forward the design plan and market prospect of the next generation product according to its existing shortcomings. The flexible chip part is developed in cooperation with the enterprise, so we can't disclose too many details, please understand. This project is mainly aimed at the situation of the proliferation of fake goods in today's commodity market, and the current anti-counterfeiting technology is too single. This project innovatively integrates the concept of visual electronic security into the electronic label to form a brand new electronic anti-counterfeiting label. It can be used in the vast majority of goods, such as household ingredients such as soya sauce and vinegar, daily consumer goods such as tobacco and wine, and high-end goods such as jewelry. This product can help manufacturers shape their own brands in the market and increase their brand awareness. It can also help consumers identify authenticity and thus avoid buying fake goods, which can be of great benefit to producers, consumers, and even commodity markets.
