聯(lián)系網(wǎng)絡(luò)對我國城市經(jīng)濟增長的影響研究

【摘要】:隨著信息技術(shù)、交通運輸?shù)目焖侔l(fā)展,城市間的聯(lián)系日益廣泛,已不再局限于空間鄰近城市,而是逐漸形成多方向的聯(lián)系網(wǎng)絡(luò),網(wǎng)絡(luò)中城市通過交通流、信息流、物流等相互作用。近年來,我國各城市間的聯(lián)系不斷增強,聯(lián)系網(wǎng)絡(luò)也越來越復(fù)雜,然而除了基于城市聯(lián)系對城市體系的空間格局進行劃分,還有必要研究城市通過聯(lián)系網(wǎng)絡(luò)產(chǎn)生的經(jīng)濟作用,探討聯(lián)系網(wǎng)絡(luò)對中國城市經(jīng)濟增長的影響。為了研究聯(lián)系網(wǎng)絡(luò),本文基于引力模型通過市轄區(qū)非農(nóng)人口、城市間距離構(gòu)建了聯(lián)系網(wǎng)絡(luò)的測度指標(biāo)—網(wǎng)絡(luò)通量,網(wǎng)絡(luò)通量表示城市間相互聯(lián)系的大小。本文分別從省區(qū)尺度和國家尺度繪制我國2005年和2014年地級以上城市的最大引力聯(lián)結(jié)線分布圖,對比看出,隨著時間的推移,網(wǎng)絡(luò)中的節(jié)點城市逐漸增多,城市間的聯(lián)系不斷加強,我國城市間聯(lián)系網(wǎng)絡(luò)趨于完善;而且,本文又分別對比了2005年和2014年地級以上城市市轄區(qū)的網(wǎng)絡(luò)通量和經(jīng)濟總量的大小,發(fā)現(xiàn)二者之間存在一定相關(guān)性。為了定量分析聯(lián)系網(wǎng)絡(luò)與中國城市經(jīng)濟增長的關(guān)系,本文將聯(lián)系網(wǎng)絡(luò)引入生產(chǎn)函數(shù)模型,并結(jié)合傳統(tǒng)生產(chǎn)要素對我國2005-2014年260個地級以上城市市轄區(qū)數(shù)據(jù)進行實證分析。檢驗結(jié)果表明:一方面,在國家尺度和省區(qū)尺度兩種形式的聯(lián)系網(wǎng)絡(luò)中,固定資產(chǎn)投資仍是推動我國城市經(jīng)濟增長的重要因素,中國城市目前經(jīng)濟的增長仍離不開物質(zhì)資本的投入,但是回歸結(jié)果表明聯(lián)系網(wǎng)絡(luò)對我國城市經(jīng)濟的增長也有顯著影響,而且有正向促進作用,二者相比,聯(lián)系網(wǎng)絡(luò)對城市經(jīng)濟增長的作用還是沒有內(nèi)部生產(chǎn)要素的作用大,但是一個城市要提高經(jīng)濟增長除了增加自身生產(chǎn)要素的投入,城市間的聯(lián)系網(wǎng)絡(luò)作用也不容忽視;另一方面,通過不同尺度的聯(lián)系網(wǎng)絡(luò)對比,國家尺度的聯(lián)系網(wǎng)絡(luò)對城市經(jīng)濟增長的影響要大于省區(qū)尺度的聯(lián)系網(wǎng)絡(luò)對城市經(jīng)濟增長的影響,這說明一個城市在加強同外界城市的聯(lián)系時,更重要的是加強全國范圍的城市聯(lián)系網(wǎng)絡(luò)。除此之外,本文還分別從國家尺度和省區(qū)尺度對我國四大地區(qū)進行了聯(lián)系網(wǎng)絡(luò)對城市經(jīng)濟增長影響的實證分析,結(jié)果顯示:從地區(qū)角度來看,我國不同地區(qū)的聯(lián)系網(wǎng)絡(luò)對城市經(jīng)濟增長的影響不同,其中,中部地區(qū)的聯(lián)系網(wǎng)絡(luò)對該地區(qū)的經(jīng)濟增長沒有顯著影響,而東部、西部和東北地區(qū)的聯(lián)系網(wǎng)絡(luò)對城市經(jīng)濟增長有顯著的促進作用,并且東北地區(qū)的聯(lián)系網(wǎng)絡(luò)作用最大。從不同尺度來看,同一地區(qū)國家尺度和省區(qū)尺度的聯(lián)系網(wǎng)絡(luò)對該地區(qū)城市經(jīng)濟增長的影響也存在差別,東部地區(qū)省區(qū)尺度的聯(lián)系網(wǎng)絡(luò)對城市經(jīng)濟增長的影響大于國家尺度,西部地區(qū)國家尺度的聯(lián)系網(wǎng)絡(luò)對城市經(jīng)濟增長的影響大于省區(qū)尺度,而東北地區(qū)國家尺度的聯(lián)系網(wǎng)絡(luò)對城市經(jīng)濟增長的影響與省區(qū)尺度相差不大。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of information technology and transportation, the relationship between cities is becoming more and more extensive, which is no longer confined to the adjacent cities, but has gradually formed a multi-direction network, in which the cities pass through the traffic flow and the information flow. Logistics and other interactions. In recent years, the links between cities in China have been increasing, and the network of contacts has become more and more complex. However, apart from dividing the spatial pattern of urban systems based on urban linkages, It is also necessary to study the economic role of cities through the connection network and the impact of the network on the economic growth of Chinese cities. In order to study the contact network, this paper based on the gravity model through the non-agricultural population in the municipal area. The network flux is a measure of the distance between cities. The network flux represents the degree of interconnectedness between cities. In this paper, the distribution of the maximum gravitational linkage lines of cities above the prefectural level in 2005 and 2014 are plotted from the provincial scale and the national scale, respectively. The comparison shows that, with the passage of time, The number of node cities in the network is increasing gradually, and the connection between cities is becoming stronger and stronger. Moreover, this paper compares the network flux and the total economic volume of prefecture-level urban districts in 2005 and 2014, respectively. In order to quantitatively analyze the relationship between the contact network and the urban economic growth in China, this paper introduces the connection network into the production function model. Combined with the traditional factors of production, the data of 260 prefectural and municipal districts in China from 2005 to 2014 are analyzed empirically. The results show that, on the one hand, in the network of national scale and provincial scale, Fixed assets investment is still an important factor to promote the urban economic growth in China. The current economic growth of Chinese cities is still inseparable from the input of material capital. However, the regression results show that the link network also has a significant impact on the growth of urban economy in China. And it has a positive promotion role. Compared with the two, the role of the connecting network in urban economic growth is still not as great as that of the internal factors of production. However, if a city wants to increase its economic growth, it will not only increase its own input into the factors of production. On the other hand, the influence of national scale network on urban economic growth is greater than that of provincial scale network on urban economic growth. This shows that when a city is strengthening its ties with outside cities, it is more important to strengthen its network of cities across the country. In addition, The paper also makes an empirical analysis of the impact of the network on the urban economic growth from the national scale and the provincial and regional scale. The results show that: from the regional point of view, Different regions of China have different impacts on urban economic growth. Among them, the network in the central region has no significant impact on the economic growth of the region, while in the east, The connection network between the west and the northeast has a significant effect on the urban economic growth, and the network in the northeast is the most important. From different scales, There are also differences between the influence of the network of the national scale and the provincial scale on the urban economic growth in the same region, and the influence of the scale of the eastern region on the urban economic growth is greater than that of the national scale. The influence of the national scale network on the urban economic growth in the western region is greater than that on the provincial scale, while the influence of the national scale network on the urban economic growth in the northeast region is not different from that of the provincial scale.
