【摘要】：近年來,電子商務(wù)得到迅猛發(fā)展,物流業(yè)在經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展中的作用變得越發(fā)重要,配送中心由此應(yīng)運而生。在整個配送過程中,倉儲揀選作業(yè)占據(jù)著十分重要的地位,其效率的高低是衡量一個配送中心整體水平的關(guān)鍵要素。倉儲揀選作業(yè)的工作量十分的龐大,對于時間的要求也比較高,如何合理的規(guī)劃倉儲揀選作業(yè),提高揀選作業(yè)的工作效率將會是一個重要的話題。 MK公司是一家從事化妝品業(yè)務(wù)的直銷企業(yè),擁有自己的配送中心,但在倉儲揀選作業(yè)過程中存在著一些不可忽略的問題,如倉庫布局規(guī)劃和商品儲存分類不合理、揀選硬件設(shè)施和訂單處理方式比較落后、配送中心的產(chǎn)能不足等。本文主要以MK公司配送中心為主要的研究對象,包括對MK配送中心作業(yè)流程管理現(xiàn)狀及存在問題進(jìn)行分析,從而提出倉儲管理和揀選流程優(yōu)化方案,包括通過SLP理論對作業(yè)功能區(qū)域的布局進(jìn)行優(yōu)化,通過EIQ (Order Entry, Item, Quantity)分析法進(jìn)行ABC分類采取分區(qū)儲位管理策略,揀選作業(yè)的硬件設(shè)施進(jìn)行升級,電子標(biāo)簽系統(tǒng)的應(yīng)用以及對訂單處理進(jìn)行優(yōu)化。希望通過本文的研究,能夠切實解決MK配送中心存在的問題,從而提升中心產(chǎn)能和倉儲揀選作業(yè)的工作效率。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of electronic commerce, the role of logistics industry in economic development has become more and more important, and the distribution center has emerged as the times require. In the whole distribution process, warehousing picking occupies a very important position. The efficiency is the key factor to measure the overall level of a distribution center. Improving the efficiency of picking will be an important topic. MK Company is a direct selling enterprise engaged in cosmetics business. It has its own distribution center, but there are some problems that can not be ignored in the process of warehousing sorting, such as unreasonable warehouse layout planning and commodity storage classification. The selection of hardware facilities and order processing methods are relatively backward, the distribution center capacity is insufficient. This paper mainly takes the MK distribution center as the main research object, including the analysis of the current situation and existing problems of the MK distribution center operation process management. The optimization scheme of storage management and picking flow is put forward, including optimizing the layout of job function area by SLP theory, and using EIQ order entry, Itemand quantity analysis to classify ABC to adopt partition storage management strategy. The hardware of picking operation is upgraded, the application of electronic label system and the order processing are optimized. It is hoped that the problems existing in MK distribution center can be solved through the research in this paper. In order to improve the center capacity and warehouse picking work efficiency.
